ast micro creatine powder vs capsules

i hear that this ast micronozed creatine is really good stuff, they sell it in capsules and in the plain old original powder.

is there any downfalls taking teh capsules compared to the powder or does it provide the same result?

I took creatine tabs years ago by BSN and got explosive diarrhea. [)]

guess theres only one way to find out wether it makes me squirt water out my ass or not. what i really ment was is there any difference in gains between the two?

Actually the pills worked quite fast for me, i was really disappointed that it had that effect on me. You might have better luck at keeping them down. Yeah for me the gains were better and quicker.
