Lets start a grocery list when cycling for lean gains..price is an issue for some of us when shopping,keep that in mind.By grocery list I mean items you would buy at grocery store weekly while on cycle.Also list things to avoid.

got to have my tuna and yogurt , mixed together tastes great
promise , you try taking tuna out of a can put as much yogurt on it that most people put mayo , it tastes great (you have to use flavored , i use apple or raisin flavored yogurt , try it ,you will thank me later)great source of protein!are you kidding or serious??[)]
ya i mix in a bowl and eat it , ( i don't make a sandwich out of it)I think I just threw up a little in my mouth [)] Especially with the 2 flavors you mentioned and tuna.
I use fat free sour cream if I am mixing tuna with anything instead of mayo, comes out the same consistency but usually just use it right out of the can in a salad or just eat it straight up.
