My diet results. DNP/HGH/Anavar/EQ

Long time since I have been here.
I got fat. Lack of motivation and being obsessed with working and making money.
Didn't stop working out but ate like crap for years.

What got going again was almost loosing my wife. Took her for granite and such. I decided it was time to make changes: to my body and my life.
I am 36 years old.From July 15th until today, I have lost 38lbs. I was 230, now 192.My waist has gone from a 40 to a 33 and its a little loose. I plan to get down to 183-185.

First, I radically changed my diet. I should say my lifestyle since I like eating this way now.
I ate moderate to low carbs. The carbs came from mostly oatmeal and brown rice during before 3pm. I ate about 120gram of protein from lean meats. I also had a protein drink a day. I also ate 1-2 cups of blue berries or strawberries a day. I had no cheat days for the first 7 weeks. Now I have 2-3 cheat meals a week., but when I cheat I really still don't eat bad.

Supplements took:
8-10 grams of pyruvate a day.
3 grams of CLA a day.
2 multivitamins a day.
3 grams of Acetly L Carnitine
5 grams of creatine/3grams glutamine/2 grams of taurine mix
10 grams a day of Perfect Amino acids
30 gram protein drink daily
300mg of caffeine 3-4 days a week. pre workout

Pharms:
2iu HGH daily first 6 weeks diet. I will start back this week again.
10 mg anavar daily.
200 EQ once a week.
Orlistat 60 mg with 2 meals a day.
DNP low dose--200mg 5 days on 7 days off

Exercise. I have become a little obsessed.
30-40 mins of weight lifting daily followed by 15 mins of pool laps at a good clip. I have been training 6-7 days a week. Too much I know, but hard to stop until I get to my goal. I also really enjoy it.
Golf-Driving range 2 x week 20 mins.
Walking with my kids 3 x week for 20 mins.

Well guys, thats about it. I figure I will hit my goal weight in 3 weeks or so. Good to be back.
This is cheesey but on top of this I got botox and several chemical peels. Feeling very good about myself.

I am now down 42 lbs. I have about 5 left to go. My waist is down to 32".

On another note, I became severely dehydrated to the point of going unconcious for 5 mins. Saturday night and ended up in the hospital. They had to put 6 liters of saline into me by IV.

I believe this happend because of a perfect storm type set up. I was just finishing up my last 200mg of DNP. I had been taking cold meds which dehydrated me then I came down with a stomach flu. I coudn't keep anything down and stopped sweating.

I doesnt stop me from using DNP in the future but will casue me to monitor my fluids alot more. Later.
 
excellent work man, the main thing is you did it!

I went from 225 to 198 on DNP in about 5 weeks(?)..I made a log..
 
Good for you, and good luck with your goals. As for too much exercise...I think if you were overdoing it your body would let you know. I new a prof bodybuilder who worked out 6 days a week and only took off completely for 1-2wks in the year for her vacation. She told me that when she felt run down she took a day off but felt fine with a little rest, here and there. But she was only maintaining for the last few years not building muscle. She would train with wts 5 days a week and do the spin bike for 1.5 hrs a day
 
As of yesterday. I am at 186. Thats 44lbs down. I think I will loose another 4 or so. I am hoping at 182 my abs will start really coming out. No matter what I will not go under 180. I also just added in .5cc of sustaon a week. I discontinued the anavar added 45mgs of proviron daily.

How tall are you bro ? Why add sust if you want to see your abs and still lose more weight ?Do not get too excessive about losing weight.How bout some pictures ? And how are things with the wife ? There is a great movie you should take her too asap..it is called Fireproof..out now at theaters.
 
5'10. I added the small amount sust to give me a bit more energy and fullness. Even though it is a small amount it really helped. When I get to 182, I am going to have some pics done and do some before and afters. The wife and I are trying. Its a process, but one that I will not wait forever. Right now it is a bit one sided. Me doing all the work. We will see and I will check out that movie. Thanks for all the posts guys.

Hey Ericraven2003. I wanted to commend you on working so freaking hard to make your relationship with your wife work. Not a lot of men are willing to work so hard and it is too bad that it is one sided.

You not trying to lose all this weight and get back in shape just for her are ya? I know you said that you want to get your life back in order and all so I was just a little curious.

The changes were for me. She gave me the wake up call I needed to get me out of the daze which wasted so many years of m y life,BUT I did the changes to make myself a better peson for myself and kids. Thanks for the props.
 
Just a quick update. I have never come off the GH. I actually bumped up to 3.3 ius a day 7 days a week. I maintained low dose test 100 mg a week. and I am finishing up some low dose winny. I am now back up to 192 from 184, but my waist is down to 31" and my abs are looking really good. No love handels and 6 pack is coming along nicely. I do have some loose skin that can be seen when sitting. I am assuming it is from the rapid weight loss. I have enough GH too stay on at leas another year. I just love GH. Boo ya.
 
Very nice results bro. And dont worry, with the combo of GH and time, that skin will tighten up a bit more. Those are some major accomplishments for sure. Def be proud of what you have done!
