The REAL DANGERS of streoids

I am much older than most of you and took every steroid known to man;keep in mind back in the day we were able to get real stuff;not the garbage thats available today.
anyway,i never juiced too heavy and alyas took a few months off;only sticking to juice,ni GH,insulin,or thyroid. with that being said, the most concerning side effects are adverse changes in cholesterol levels and natural Testosterone levels that NEVER return to what they once were, leaving a former user with low normal T levels. this is one side effect that is now see more and more of. I am not telling anyone not to juice,if used responsibly and at moderate does, steroids are pretty safe. just watch your diet,do cardio, and do not use high dosages. unfortunately the T level effect can happen at low dosages as well. as a side note,i had very low T levels and was still able to get my wife pregnant so fertility is'nt that much of a worry. just thought i'd share this.

Think my natural testosterone levels have been low for some years (if this and that is linked to this and that ;) )

So I resently did one more cycle with a propper pct for a change, and things look better now. Sure hope it stays that way.

May have been my last cycle. Not sure yet, but it seems a good ideaq to get out while things are good.
May do one last cycle of dnp eiher way, which is suppose to become availible again in few days.

I understand cardio is important for the body to stay healthy, my question is while on a bulking cycle ive been told and read not to do cardio more than twice a week. What are your thoughts on that?

Health is far more important than looks so i would do cardio 3 times a week either i was bulking or cutting. Cardio is far more important actually because it's stamina and physical endurance which make an athlete. After that comes muscular strength and muscle mass.

Being huge with clogged arteries by cholesterol isn't good at all. Plus, muscle building effects increase considerably when doing cardio, swimming, martial arts, anything that makes your heart rate go up and get you sweaty.

This happens for many reasons but the most important are:

1) You strengthen your heart which is a muscle it self and you help it support your muscles without having alternations in blood pressure and before anyone starts a fucking war, i'm talking about the long term side effects and the extreme cases of guys which are in the 220-270 lbs range and low bf%. The human body is not designed to carry so much muscle mass and neither is the heart designed to sent blood to all that muscle mass and that's why almost noone can reach that point naturally.

2) Clogged arteries can lead to serious health risks in the long run but besides that, the body ejects a lot of toxins through sweat, keeps your heart strong so it can support your muscle mass without any side effects and finally it makes it easier for blood to circulate and thus carry more nutrients to your muscles let alone it helps to keep lower bp levels in general.

I agree that most pro's look like shit these days. Their bellies and their quads are totally unaesthetic. Bodybuilders from the sixties and the seventies were in the 190-220 lbs range and looked a lot better than todays pro's and they didn't know near as much as we do regarding training, nutrition, steroid usage and so on, nor they had as many or that advanced supplements.

They were huge and totally cut and i doubt they used 1/5 of the gear or the dosages pros use today. There was no Tren or dnp or several of the drugs that are being used today. We're staring at the tree instead of the forest.... 400mgs of tren, plus 500mgs of testosterone plus 40mgs d-bol, plus hgh, plus insulin, plus clen, plus masteron plus this, plus that, i mean whoa. What the fuck??? Let's take it easy. More isn't better, we say this ourselves and we are pretty good convincing other people about that, but it comes to us, we do exactly the same thing.

Regarding testosterone now, someone said that 250mgs are not enough to make someone grow while there are people who have gained 20-30pounds on 12 weeks of test only cycles and he also said that 250mgs ew is the TRT dose.... WTF? Since when? Well, i'm sorry buddy but you don't know shit and you should be studying more instead of playing it smartmouth to people who don't know and are trying to learn. I'm saying this here because it's someone of this forum who said it but i can't recall the trread title or his username. Peace.

Its still a mistery how manyo BBs around the world achived what they did back in the 50s as there was no gear back in them days and here there was no such thing as 4000cals a day as food was rasioned back then so how did they do it? noone knows:confused:

Lol better keep his name a secret, ive been getting a lot of advice lately of a pro competitor i know and he looks awesome and the best thing is, he is now sitting many years later at 230lbs and he got to that weight all of a whole 500mg of test, he just done longer cycles but over many many years.

I think he done something like staying on for 8 months or so then taking a whole year off, He would increase food intake when the gains stopped and after that when they stopped again come off for a long period of time.

He just decided to grow slowly and lean over a number of years instead of blowing up in a few months so that theory of needing more and more gear to grow every cycle i hear is complete BS. this guy just increased his food intake instead of dosages and I know hes not lying about it because the only reason he stuck with that dose is because he has real bad times on high doses.

Andy i am glad someone agrees with me brother. At last someone. Please check my new thread entitled " We're sending the wrong message" where i have this posted again, but it's extended and corrected.

Regarding bb's back in the golden days, they used to work their asses off and i believe they were way more patient, persistent and disciplined.
