What are the ingredients of endorush? These things could be caused by low blood pressure or could be clear signs of overtraining.

theres wayyy to much shit to list. plus most of it doesnt say how much

all i no is that endorush is wayyy better than no xplode, superpump or anything

give it a try dawg

Probably nothing other than just a good workout. If you pass out or throw up, your just training hardcore for you. I know tonight, my training partner and I did legs for about 3-4 hours for a total of over 40 sets. My legs are sore but i dont feel that I was over training, i personally feel fine.

3-4 hours? Are you serious, or was that a typo? I'm not trying to be an asshole but that is waaaaaaay too long.

Nope no typo, Got up to my gym @ 6pm, Worked out till about 9:15. Its def not way too long, different peoples bodies work differently with exercise. If i workout for 2 hours, and do 15-20 sets of 4-5 diff exercises a body part, Im not sore 15 minutes after the exercise if finished. Thats just how I am. I prefer hardcore, high sets, highvolume/lowvolume training. I just know what works for me. If im not sore, I didnt do enough.

We did this yesterday: 4-5 sets pyramidng up and then back down on each exercise. Plus when you have a training partner you have that Egotistical friendly competition that helps you push the limits. And thats where your going to grow. When you goto the edge.

Barbell Squats
Dumbell Stiff leg deads
Ham Curls
Quad Extensions
Smith Squat
Leg Press
leg press Calf ext
Standing Calf ext.

Caffine overload. Nano-Vapor makes me feel like shit!! :(

No but you might be useing too much emnotion in your workout which will drain you like crazy. One should not make a habit of physching one self up for each set of a workout. It will drain you like mad and cause over training because your nervious system and adrenal get burnt out.

Intensity= pounds lifted what you are talking about is perception of work done! Two toatly different things. You can calculate and track intensity but those body building nuts have screwed people up in the head and they now think of intensity as things like grunting for a forced rep or doing a set to failure with enough noise to wake the dead etc........ Forced reps, negative, working to positive or negative failure arenot intensity and are not something one can calulate it is almost like trying put a numerical system to sex that would allow you to calculate how much pleasure you where going to get with out touching, looking, feeling, tasting or smelling the woman you where going to have sex with.................INtensity is the worng word........

You are probably taking too much junk into your body like simple sugars and herbs and caffien etc.......COmbine that with moderate workload and it will spike your sugar then drop you into an area of low blood sugar which makes you feel like shit! Their i nothing wrong with stoping, getting a drink of water etc.......You pre-workout meal should be something that is not going to spike your insulin save that shit for post workout. Try a protein shake made with 2% milk about 30-40 minutes before you next workout. During the workout sip a protein drink that is made with some juice and water. So pick up some berry flavored protein and mix it with 50% water and 50% juice of your choice I like Pinable and APple but you might like grape juice what ever. Do not slam this sip it. If you are that dam thirst go get a drink of water! When you eat dinner you toss an entire chicken in your mouth do you? SO why the hell would you slam 3/4 of some high sugar drink into your system before you workout?

Just because they print all kinds of bullshit in the magazines doesnot make it true use some common sense and learn how your body works. I doubt your taking 40 times the medical dosage of steroids that the pro's are taking or shooting insulin and all the other crap they do in insane amounts? You are still a human so learn to fuel your body right. Now after the workout believe it or not I like to mix my protein with 2% milk it taste great and has about the ideal ration of protein to carb's after I add 50grams of protein to it!

It is not advice to overdo your session anyway and try to take some fresh juice instead of any other stuff. warmup first and start with light excersises.

Dude save a serving of that Endorush for the last 1/3 of your workout. I find it really helps to fight off fatigue better.

I agree tho that Endo rush is way better than the NO-Xplode. That shit gives me great focus and I am energized for hours.

I too agree the training is a bit over kill for the time you listed, I know everyone's body is different, but going that long does not benefit the body at all, and can actually have the reverse effect. You should be able to nail out your workout that is hardcore in 1.5 hrs. With perfect form, very low rest time bettween sets, and focus you'll be fine. The key is soreness the next day, being to sore will actually take the body to long to repair the damaged tissue, not allowing you to make the best gains possible.

As far is Endorush is concerned, the product is awesome, so Is no xplode, but the symptoms and your training sound to me like they are induced by your body being over worked and dehydrated of nutrients. I would advise some G2 during your workout and see if that helps. Also by mixing the NOX and G2 you get awesome pumps during any training session.
