The majority of men on TRT will tell you that it has calmed them down, made them more focused and patient. I was a whiny bitch before TRT.

The only reason I could see androgel causing emotional problems is if it's converting to estrogen at a high level. Even that would not trigger this behaviour though.

The bigger cause for concern is the anti-depressant. People go on those things and kill themselves. There's simply no accounting for what some of those things can do to a person's hormones, neurotransmitters, catecholamines, etc.

My (EX)wife went on anti-depressants and self-destructed after that. Started throwing stuff around the house and then cheated on me.

You need to bring your concerns to a GOOD DOCTOR before something bad happens. I feel for your situation. I don't think it's as black and white as some of these guys are making it and if it is drug-related I would look at the SSRI and not the androgel.
