hi guys,
so i decided to do my anavar only cycle, im in day 3 of 40mg for 5to7 weeks max. i know its a low dose but even 10mg would do me
. i plan on doing 40/20/20 nolva pct and clen on weeks 2-4 and 6-8.
as supplements i am taking 40g creatine (as var increases absorption) 250g protein, flaxseed, milk thistle 1000mg, glutamine,and cod liver oil aswell as multivitamins.
it is my first cycle and would like to post this for some guys who are thinking of going on this and also for advice myself as i am a novice.
i will post strength, weight and pictorial progress.
my main aim is to gain some lean muscle and strength and hopefully shift some fat.
any help appreciated.
