anavar only cycle log....

hi guys,
so i decided to do my anavar only cycle, im in day 3 of 40mg for 5to7 weeks max. i know its a low dose but even 10mg would do me :). i plan on doing 40/20/20 nolva pct and clen on weeks 2-4 and 6-8.

as supplements i am taking 40g creatine (as var increases absorption) 250g protein, flaxseed, milk thistle 1000mg, glutamine,and cod liver oil aswell as multivitamins.

it is my first cycle and would like to post this for some guys who are thinking of going on this and also for advice myself as i am a novice.
i will post strength, weight and pictorial progress.

my main aim is to gain some lean muscle and strength and hopefully shift some fat.

any help appreciated.

yeah almost forgot, starting weight 96kg 5ft9
bench-120
dead-150
squat-130
p.s these are 1rms but i have only been training for 3 weeks after like 7 months off (i know bad idea).

upto day3
bench-125
squat-140(hard)
not done deads yet (i dont think the gear has kicked in yet but these weights are my pb`s but my dead pb is 170previously).

also i was using t5s along with jack3d(best stuff i had, i put my strength gains to this) for pre workout but theyre too intense.

also im 21 and have been on and off training for around 8 years lol but never stuck to it more than a couple of months, but im cut out for it this time.

Bro, I do not like to flame people who are excited about running gear, but you really should think this through next time before going ahead with a cycle like this. Anavar is not meant for muscle gain. Sure, it can be accomplished with the strictest of diets and training regimen, but after looking at your stats I think you're looking in the wrong direction. I admire that you are looking to get bigger and add strength and that you were courageous enough to post your 1rm's even though they are low. You need size and strength bro, the only oral that's gonna give you that for a first time use is dbol. I wouldn't run it myself, but it's a much better choice.

Guys who use anavar use it in conjunction with Testosterone to help lean out. The last thing you need to do is worry about leaning out at this point. My advice to you would be to run some test for 8-10 weeks and see if you can put on some real weight. That will help your strength gains tremendously. Also, a 3 week PCT will not be needed for a low dose anavar cycle. You'll get shut down, but not nearly enough to require you taking 3 full weeks of nolva.

thanks "get some", honest advice from you, i appreciate it. i was wondering if i can get off this cycle for now ecause i have picked up what might be a rotator cuff injury so the cycle would be a waste of time, i will give it a few days and hope its just strain or something, but what would i have to do if i wanted to quit at day 77? or something (any pct, sorry for being stupid but i am not sure)

Day 77? you mean day 7? you can quit early on without having to worry about PCT, especially with anavar. In fact, it may be a good thing that you are quitting for now. It's much more likely that you will get injured while taking roids after not lifting for awhile. You body needs to be used to the beating from the gym. So, If I were you i'd start upping your calories a bit to see if you can pack on a couple pounds in the next few months and then revisit a cycle that includes test. That's gonna be the best thing for you in the end man.

Yes, just quit now and you'll be fine. Shoulder injuries can be rough, I have torn my labrum twice so I know. You need to give it some time to heal, but continue to go to the gym and lift legs and do cardio.

I would think most people are prone to gyno, including myself. So, that's why you include an aromatase inhibitor like Arimidex with your test cycle. It's all in the link I gave you earlier, make sure you read that.

This is the best thing that happened to you, not to be a dick but this will give you time to improve your diet and do some much needed research.

Don't rush back into the gym too soon take time off and heal take glucosamine to aid you in recovery.

You will not notice signs of gyno with anavar especially in a week, a week of var isn't even enough to even feel it kick in. Work out your cycle better do more homework. Stay on the boards keep asking and sharing with members. U can just stop and really won't see anything go off now is only a week you will be fine.

Anavar is meant for muscle gain and tissue regeneration. There will be arguments from "gurus" on this board oh hey its only used to preserve muscle mass when dieting...well preserving when dieting and is the same thing as muscle anabolism for if you didn't take it when dieting you would lose muscle now wouldn't you? Just a pre emptive hello, no offense meant to those who were thinking it does nothing. Yes I have done anavar only years ago and it was very rewarding in strength and muscle gains. Take home message, you're young, hard work and proper diet should suffice at this point my friend.
With all due respect to the board members, I was also once a young and ignorant user and I won't lie it was one of the funnest times ever but had I knew then what I now understand, not know but rather understand, I more than likely would have kept to oral only cycles unless it was human grade straight from the pharm. I find the dosages used on these boards to be ridiculous among my many other thoughts as well as people with office jobs giving advice on something about which they really have clue. Like I said, I was once "that guy". This is not an attack nor is it a hey don't do drugs message but rather a wake up call to the younger generations to focus on what is really important in life...ask your self this one question...Do I work as hard at becoming a success through education and hard work as I do in the gym? What I'm trying to say is that life in moderation is not such a bad thing when it comes to working out and gear but whats really important is that you become a success and a productive member of society. It's nice to look good, but are you healthy? It's great to get the girls but are you going to be able to have children some day years down the road subsequent to years of uninterrupted cycles? Take it easy, take your time, take life in moderation, and be good to the people around you. It is then that great things will happen. Well wishes.

I wanted to let everyone know that I think you're a good group of bros. I used to love going to the gym years ago but no longer feel the urge to be there and find it a huge annoyance. Given I do go 3-4 days/wk it just isn't the same as it used to be. I look at myself and think...wow what happened to me? Not because i'm out of shape because i'm in good shape but does anyone else feel this way at times?
