getting back into it

Hey everyone,

It has been a while bu t I am once again getting back into my workout routines.
Meso has been around for a long time so I thought I'd start here to get some training advice.

Is anyone combining P90X type of workouts, at least the cardio, into their weight lifting routines?

I had a friend who tried to mix P90X with the split he was already doing....he go hella overtrained and lost 5-6 lbs of muscle....just sayin'
 
I tried p90x. For me I need the gym for motivation. With that if just trying to preserve muscle and loss fat its not bad. I don't think additional weight training is needed personally.
