Anavar Advice

How much Anavar is enough and when does it start to kick in?

Running 40 mg's each day now along side some definitely legit Tbol.

Started the Anavar about 6 days ago, and can't really say I feel much from yet it at 40 mg's a day. Is 40 mg's a day enough or should it be increased?

Thanks.

For me personally, 40mgs/ed is a good starting point, but I've found personally that 80-100mgs/ed for 6-8 weeks is a good run. I know it's quite expensive and risky as well when it comes to obtaining Legit Anavar, it comes down to how much U trust Ur Source basically when buying that much so U can run that high of a dosage. Var is also a slow and subtle Compound when it comes to seeing results and feeling any difference, which is gonna be kinda hard to tell anyways cuz U running it with T-bol which is very similar to Var as far as results are concerned. If it were me, I would run one or the other, not both. Personally, I prefer T-bol over Var, just better results for me, but everybody is different and responds differently as well. I would give it a few more days (5-8) and if U see nor feel any difference then I woiuld adjust the dosage accordingly..

First of all: Today, Anavar powder from Chinese sources is a ludicrously cheap stuff. From a good source, you can get 50 grams for 300 USD. Only shameless profiteers in the internet keep the prices 10-20-times higher.

I love Anavar, because it can produce reasonably good strength gains at zero visible sides. Unfortunately, at high doses, invisible sides like elavated liver enzymes and cholesterol can be serious. Further, if you are looking for a stuff that will produce fast muscle gains, it is not an ideal choice either.

Anavar works fast. I notice some improvement after ca. 7 days and it definitely "kicks in" during the 2nd week. For me (at 97 kg), doses around 60 mg/day are a minumum, and I recently used 80 mg/day for 6 weeks. I think that 40 mg/day is too low a dose, although it could be effective in a novice, who isn't too heavy.

I have never observed anything remarkable on Turinabol. It barely worked even at 50-75 mg/day and experience of other guys is similar. I think that I would have to use 1 mg/kg body weight. By the way, lab tests of some Turinabols from the US market showed that it contained traces of Dianabol and Winstrol. This can explain, why your US Turinabol is more effective than our European Turinabol. :D

Truth spoken on the lab test on the T-bol with traces of winny and d-bol in it. Var has never worked fast for me, never. For me it takes 2-2.5 weeks before I start feelin anything. With T-bol, it takes about 9 days, and I'm feeling it (that's at 80mgs/ed) and that could explain those trace amounts in the lab results also..

Tbol is very good. Thought that the Var would give it an extra boost, but as of now, can't really say the Var has just yet.

It's still early to tell also bro, give it a few more days and let the Var run it's course, but that dosage is light imo, so I seriously doubt U gonna feel or get much if any of a boost..

i've started taking anavar 6 days ago and have noticed strength gains and mucles are looking harder already and also have more endurance to go that extra bit. At the moment i'm taking 20mg in the morning and 20mg at night but one side which is bothering me is the insomnia. I get to bed at 7:30am and wake up at 12 and not feeling refreshed at all. I heard that 5-htp helps with the insomnia, has anyone tried it?? pls let me know

I have been on 20mg ED for the past 7 days, training heavy and eating well, and the fat loss has increased even when I'm eating in open sushi restaurants and drinking 1 gallon of milk a day. It somehow makes my muscles just fill-up and feel harder, nothing extreme AT ALL, it's 20mgs, Yesterday I upped it to 30 and will stay here for the week until I will up it to 40, stay at 40 for 4 weeks and then bring it down 30-20-0.

8 week total.

30mg/day is the starting point with anavar for me, I'm using 50/day right now. It really all just comes down to your diet, I have seen people do some crazy things with anavar on just 30mg's/day within a months time. Anavar gives me a real good kick in the ass in the gym, I get great energy from it and just feel good when I'm using it. I'm running it alongside 500mg/wk of primobolan right now and I look/feel incredible!!! I like it better than turinabol, turinabol didnt do much for me at 30mg/day
