I am new to this whole online site stuff. Please excuse me if I don't know how to use it or know what I'm talking about. Anyway, before I post my question, just to tell you a little about myself, I am a 42 yr old female, 5'7, about 166lbs. (mostly muscle). I started working out when I was 19 yrs old consistantly for about 7 years. I got into the whole too busy marriage, baby momma stuff that I wish didnt hold me back the way it did. After I had my kids I was on and off with the working out until about 7 months ago I totally dedicated myself and have made working out and eating right a life style now. About 6 months ago, I started taking anavar (5mg a day then upped it to 10 mg a day for about 16 weeks). At about my 5th week on Anavar I started taking Deca for 12 weeks. I had amazing results. I have since been off both for about a month now and I am thinking about taking Anavar (10mg) a day and equipoise (100mg) a week. I am looking to lean out some more, cut and harden. Maybe not so much put size on since I already seem to have enough size. Although, I wouldn't mind more size (not too much more) Basically, lean out, harden, and cut.
I would greatly appreciate any input and suggestions from anyone.
