I will offer you this further. Its layman and anecdotal - however I believe there is something to it. I suspect that LARGE amounts of water in attempts to prolong HCG in the frige can result in excess oxidization (going back quick), and due to the large volume of water (H & O2
). Consider typically the 5000iu dose is markted with about 1ml or 1cc of BAC water for preparation for a single PIN application.. IF.... You are attempting to preserve it and use in a TRT manner, I would suggest the following in order to avoid this POTENTIAL ISSUE.
1. Never work with more than 5000iu amounts. Although its tempting to buy the 10,000 iu doses out there on the market as sometime all that is available, and usually a decent price.
2. Use only insuling type syringes to further remove th necessity for large water volume application. Seems like the smallest slinPin is .5ML in full capacity - then do the math. Total liquid divided by how many doses is the amount per pin.
EXAMPLE:
- 5000ius
- 2MLs total BAC water added
- 16 doses into 2mls (or 2.2 with powder added (whatever) gets about 300ius per pin.
- Thats 8 parts per ML OR 4 PARTS per .5cc slinpin, oR 16 of em loaded up 25% of the way. GIVE OR TAKE.
- THESE NUMBERS ARE NOT CHECKED FOR ACCURACY - You get the point.
- If you are attempting to work in smaller doses than 300ius - you really need to find 2000iu amps
3. I dont recall preceisely, but you should be able to work with an ML or two tops to achieve the mix needed to PRELOAD the syringes.
4. Put em in a plastic freezer bag, and then in a tupperware and refrigerate, or freeze and place in fridge one at a time the night before.
5. Make no mistake - HCG is DELICATE me believes - I SERIOUSLY DOUBT IT MADE IT INTACT IF YOU ORDERED THROUGH THE MAIL. This is a big problem understated I suspect...! Heat, Xray, fake, Who knows...

Since most HCG is stored in 1ml vials then inject ONE cc into the vial.
U can also ask the pharmacist for a 5ml sterile vial and transfer the 1cc of mixed HCG solution, and an additional 4cc of BA in water, to achieve a ratio of 1000IU/cc which is my preference. To use 250IU simply inject 0.25ml and for 500IU 0.5cc and so on.

For human consumption, it should be mixed with either water OR normal saline to achieve a ONE PERCENT SOLUTION.
As I mentioned earlier it is available in concentrations approximating !00% but you DONT NEED OR want industrial grade BA.

Dr.Jim my hcg is not from the pharmacy so he wont help sorry if im just not understanding but i usually just use regular BAC water ive never done it like this before , so lets say the 1ml vial of hcg i have ( i wont be transfering to a 5ml vial) how much water and 1% benzyl alcohl will i be injecting in the vial ?

Ok got it i thought i had to mix the BA i purchased from the pharmacy into something else thats where i was confused seems not , ok perfect just one more thing incase they want a prescription for the 5 ml vial ( which they probly will want one ) worst case scenario cant i just inject one ml of BA into the hcg vial and then ill have 5,000iu for one ml its not optimal but i can work my way around it ?

No! You need to be more specific about what you're talking about. If by saying, "...can't I just inject one mL of BA (benzoyl alcohol) into the HCG vial...." you mean inject 1 mL of 100% benzoyl alcohol the NO!!! If you meant can't I just inject 1 mL of my 1% benzoyl alcohol in sterile water (this is AFTER you dilute the 100% benzoyl alcohol 99:1) then yes. At that point you will have a 5000UI/mL solution which is 5x stronger than the amounts Dr. Jim gave above. He suggested making 5000UI in 5ml which is a 1000UI/mL solution which is easier because if you want 1000 UI take 1mL. If you want 500UI take 1/2 mL (0.5mL). Want 250UI take 1/4 mL (0.25mL). At the 5000UI/mL concentration you need to take 0.05mL for 250 UI. If you're using an insulin syringe that half way between 0 and 10 units.....very small volume.
I can not empasize enough my suspicion about too much water potentially causing the solution to spoil even in the fridge...!

I honestly do Not get how u guys Manage to stay so calm. The question was answered many times / yet dude still jabs. Its water, the most abundant resource on the planet. Again, 10 units BA + 9.9cc water. lemelange.com is the best source for materials.
As far as adding more BA. No. take a 29ga. drip a tiny drop on ur finger and tap ur lip. It will be crazy numb 4 hours. That shit is very strong.

Because BA is oxidized in the liver into benzoic acid and converted to hippuric acid by hepatic Alcohol Dehydrogenase those with (extensive) liver disease should avoid using this preservative.
Any formulation above 2% is considered industrial and is not appropriate for human consumption (some cosmetics applied topically may contain as much as 5% BA) by FDA standards.
Almost ALL existing pharmaceutical grade AAS are manufactured as a 1% solution, T-C for comparison (1) ANY person or UGL who is producing T-C or ANY AAS with a 5% BA concentration is delivering a "toxic substance" since as little as 6ml can cause signs and symptoms of suggestive of "overdose". (2)
Based upon my review of toxicology literature, neonates are the only humans reported to have developed toxic signs or symptoms and many were premies, with metabolically immature hepatic "dehydrogenase" enzymes, with a couple deaths attributed to 1% INTRAVENOUS "saline flushes" often used to maintain patency of central lines. (1)
