What to use for Tendon Pain?

It's from flipping 55-75-250lb industrial
knives with my left hand, too many times.

It was more comfortable to flip with my left
and hold hammer with my right hand...
I switched but... Leave it to me to get in a fuckin book lol

So, it really feels like a Tendon, and it's
not going away...
I am using Static Holds ONLY cause of this..
and because I am lazy :D but it would really
keep me from doing alot of full range reps.

Should I go into VitaminShoppe and check
the Joint Health section?

What will work on this?

oh man, the hand is a tough one, just because u realy cant stop using them to let them heal up. I'd suggest ostio-biflex for now

It's actually the tendon I am guessing
from the elbow to wrist... Outer forearm area..

The hand I can squeeze pretty good...

I will look for that stuff

Thank you

go get some ultrasound and e-stim combo done on it a few times. after each session, tape it up with kinesiotape. (the colorful tape the olympic athletes used)

everyday, stretch it out very well, then ice it for 20mins a few times. if you wanna add all those joint supps, I suggest you start with hydrolyzed collagen first, and anything other than that you can add too, but use collagen as a base (just like test! hehe)

extra fishoil is something I would try. Are you taking any at all? Helps my joints

No FO...
I don't want the ALA to interfere
with my good eicosanoid production. ;)

I will get some of that joint health
stuff at VS, when I go, again...

im on animal flex and super cissus at the moment, my knees, wrists, knuckles and elbows are definitely improved vastly.

i also have a chronic shoulder injury, but not really expecting that to clear up so easily.

I had pain in my forearm leading to bicep for months, couldn't hardly do any movement without pain, I tried osteo biflex, it helped my knees but not my arm, diff creams and shit, the only thing that made it stop was religious ice, and heating pad every night

I've read many reports that cissus quadrangularis virtually eliminates joint paint, from people having very easily notice discomfort and pain to almost none at all, I've haven't read deeply into it but it may just mask and eliminate pain but do nothing to heal it. Also not sure if it'll do much for tendons rather than joints. Take a look into it. Its really cheap if you buy in bulk powder.

I was having tendonitis in my forearm a year or so ago that was fucking killing me. I went to the supplement store that is owned by a guy that is a naturopathic doctor. He suggested I take this Country Life Active B-6 Caps -- 30 Capsules - Vitacost This was the exact supplement I bought.

He said it would clear it up within a week. This stuff did just that. The tendonitis was gone. I took (2) twice per day. This stuff is supposed to be good for carpel tunnel, maybe it will work for your hands. Do a google search.
