Guys on test cyp shots can you tell if

You are getting close to needing another shot. I had my first test cyp shot last Wednesday & noticed that the last couple of days have been sluggish physically & mentally & wondered if you could tell when you were getting close to needing another shot?

Do any of you split shot to keep things even? My doc has me on .5 of test cyp a week.

If you split the dose evenly for two shots a week that will keep from spikes and valleys in your test levels. How much test is .5? 100mg per week?

Yes 100 mg per week, hell if I split 100 mg that's like putting nothing in the syringe :)
If you think that's nothing..., I do daily injections to avoid the crash. I, also use 30g 1/2" needles so it's like nothing in that regard.

At the very least, you should ask your doc if you could inject every 3 days at .22ml (44mg).

Good luck

Ask the pharmacy if they can do a 50mg/ml vial. I've never seen test below 100 but I've seen hg deca at 50. Can't hurt to ask.

Even if you could get 100mg per ML you would could do .5ML twice a week. It would be easier then trying to pull .25ML twice a week. That is without getting all Breaking Bad on mixing some oil with it.

Oy Vey!

Just get smaller volume slin pins!

I've used 29g for Test P adn Tren A, but I've never tried C/E in this size. I would think the oil may be too thick.

I see they have 1ml syringes that may work to measure a .25ml amount:

I use 30G, 1/2 inch, 0.3 mL slin pins with T cyp and I inject eod. I've also used the same with a volume of 0.5 mL.

It takes about 30 seconds (I really think its less than that) to fill them. I was also on enanthate for a while and it was no different. If you inject 2x/week, you can pre-load 8 of them and you're set for a month.

Hmm, that is roughly about the same time it takes to load TestP TrenA in a 29g slinpin. I will have to try that next time with C/E. I see the smallest (largest) slins are 28g. Perhaps that is a slightly better compromise.

This could save me some real pains in the ass;)

How are you getting the oil out so quickly?

I have issues just filling the syringe with a 25G1 precision glide needle. (.5mm x 25mm). It literally takes up to 10 minutes to fill the syringe to .5ml.

I take the syringe out, pull the plunger back to .5ml, stick the syringe in the vial, inject the air. Turn the bottle upside down, pull the plunger back. Sometimes the oil starts coming in pretty quickly and then stops. If I pull back on the plunger harder, I only seem to get more air and not much more test. This is much less of an issue when the bottle is full.

I'd love to switch to a slimmer needle so there's less of an issue. Can you post the actual needles you get again? There's no need to use one needle to draw and another to inject?

I'm injecting Test Cyp.

Use a 1/2" 30g 0.3cc or 0.5cc insulin syringe. With this length of needle you will be injecting into delts and thighs (shallow IM) and/or abdomen (SQ). Works great! You could also inject a little more air into the bottle for even faster draws.

I guess what I'm struggling with here is how are you pulling the Cyp from the bottle with a 30g? I'm having issues pulling the Cyp with a 25g1.

I use a 31g 8mm insulin syringe for my sub-q hCG injections. I couldn't imagine pulling oil with that needle.

[1] Pump a greater volume of air into the vial than what you're going to withdraw in T/oil.

[2] When you invert the vial with the needle inserted, be sure the tip of the needle is submerged in the oil.

[3] Be patient! The needle will fill. You'll get better at it each time you do it.

I started off with 25G and it took longer to fill because I was injecting a larger volume for a 1x/week IM T shot. Remember: the volume you're using is a lot less when you inject 2x/week or eod.

Doesn't injecting air into the vial have the potential of introducing contaminants into the vial?

Isnt that horse already out of the barn the moment you penetrate the membrane on the vial of T?
