BioLogic Log

I am 2 and a half weeks into my BioLogic tren e/test e cycle @ 600/400 respectively. It has yet to kick in but I'm starting the log just to get it out of the way.

This will be my 2nd cycle, I'm currently 6' 210 lbs. I started my first cycle at 195 and finished at 227. I'll be concentrating more on cutting in this cycle so my goal is to get down to a leaner 220ish.

I will be updating the thread with pictures as the cycle progresses but for comparison purposes this is my current starting point:

And a picture of the gear itself that I posted in Mands thread:

Also, for transparency purposes the lab requested that I make public the fact that I was given a free cycle of my choosing in exchange for a review.

Looking oxy oxbig. Good work.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who doesn't shave my chest :D I ain't got time for that anymore.
I actually normally do shave, just been a bit lazy the past few weeks. While on cycle I normally go full metro and shave my entire body bi-weekly and tan every other day. Helps make the vascularity more prominent.

On a side note I did my 6th injection today. Good thing I aspirated, I've been known to skip it on occasion when doing delt injections. This was in my glute with a 1.5" pin.

I give you props for putting up a pic of yourself, as many of the "experts" here refuse to do so (IE they would be embarrassed).

Having said that, if you needed 400 mgs each of tren, mast, and test to look like that, you need to re-asses your program. IMO, you need to put on at least 15 more pounds naturally before considering steroids.

Your arms are solid, but you have virtually no chest or back.

Please don't be upset, but I think we need to look more closely at your training and diet. A lot of guys I know are having success from higher rep programs. Don't get me wrong, everyone needs to do at least 5 years of heavy basic power-bodybuilding, but there comes a point where your muscles will grow more fully from higher reps.

The human body wants to do things he easiest way it can. What that means in your case, Mike, is you are probably using way too much arm strength, and not enough torso muscles (chest and back).

Frank (Roberson) an IFBB pro here in Houston has been having a lot of success w/ higher rep routines. Frank gave the analogy of blowing up a balloon. Very hard to do w/ only one breath, but easily done w/ 20 reps. It is more than just Kai Green, other top competitors today are using higher rep schema. I went heavy and basic for 25 years, gradually moving my rep schema up has resulted in much more muscle fullness. My last show I did an alternating heavy/20 rep routine. Today I train pretty much 10-14 reps.

You may have posted this elsewhere, lets go over your training. What is your split, reps, sets etc.?

I have had similar problems to what you are now facing. When working my chest which is a week point of mine, I would involve too much triceps, which are a very strong point for me. The last thing I want to do is bring up a Weider principle, but in this case we need to get your mind/feel in tune w/ your predisposition to load your arms, and not your back.

LOL, there is only one person whom has claimed to be an "expert" at anything on Meso PC and that is you.

(Recall you were once a "expert research scientist" and your more recent claim to fame why your an "expert simplifier" having "taught grades 13-14", lol)

More importantly posting a picture of one's physical assets, tells the readers NOTHING about someone's broader fund of knowledge as it relates to BB, lifting, PEDs and applicable physiology, and YOU have proven that time and time again!

I suppose the next hurdle for PC legitimacy will be a request that members post penile measurement pics to best determine an individuals qualifications based on TT levels!

Get back on your meds fella.

I tend to agree.

MO your arms are huge when compared to your chest. I'm not sure a high rep program would be the best suited response, but I agree with PCs premise. Although I would imagine you own a mirror and already realize this.

Not really seeing it to be honest, maybe it's just the pictures. Here are some shirted ones I took a couple minutes ago.

We need to look closely at your training. Like I said, hate bringing up "Weider principles" but you need to start focusing on "feeling" when you train back and chest.

We want to limit the involvement of your accessory muscles doing the work instead of the target muscles. There are some exorcizes you can cheat on, and still stay mentally connected w/ the muscle, and other that require more "strict" technique.

Please lay out your training protocol and I will try and help you.

With all due respect, I'm satisfied with my current routine(s). Thanks anyway.

In that case, keep doing what you are doing, and you will get what you have been getting (IE no chest or back development).

Steroids will not change fundamental training errors. You need to figure out a way to get your torso to grow, because what you have now is absolutely no muscle at all in these areas.

I am at a loss as to why you are satisfied w/ a routine that has resulted in no gains whatsoever.

Hey Ox only you know what your results are. If you're happy then that's all that matters. No one on here knows what you used to look like. If you're wanting to get into competition then you've got a long ways to go. If you're just a guy trying to swell up a little then it looks like you've done that. Good job and good luck!
