This is getting ridiculous.
Can anyone comment on the quality of his gear? (Tren E in particular).
I tried a test order of the EQ 300 to check out what it lookes like. Just like cmackdown's deca, the EQ had little dark floaters/flakes floating around in it. It's too risky to try out, there is way more reliable sources. Id rather pay bigger prices for reliable, sterile oil than risk using this stuff. Needless to say, the vials pretty much went straight from the box and into the garbage.

I don't have a dog in this hunt but can you get pictures that will show the floaters/flakes?
First thing I woulda done. I hope he doesn't tell us they're all gone, no evidence?
You bet. Give me a little while. Im having problems getting my camera to focus on a close up. Any suggestions? I have both a digital cool pix and a nikon rebel and can't use em for nothing.
Edit: Its a canon rebel xti not nikon.

Sorry to hear that bro, The gear goes from a nalgene complete filter unit into oil carrier bottles. The bottles are used a lot because of the orders I get from my other employer. I just refiltered all products and now they are in new oil carrier bottles seperated from other stocks. If you'd like I can resend you what you ordered to fix the problem. Also, cmackdowns getting new stuff to fix what happened. I know for a fact that my gear is 100% genuine and bros are getting awesome results using it. Don't turn a minor issue that can be fixed into a big fiasco.

Safemail is your version of secure mail?? Are you serious?! How cheap are you that a subscription to anonymousspeech, countermail, or securenym is out of the question?
Your competence for security seems to be on par with your customer service (calling customers liars in order to save $10 worth of gear) and brewing ability (multiple customers reporting "floaties" and particulate suspended in your gear, more than one compound also, so its not just one bad brew, its a bad habit)

I dont think him taking pictures of the floaters/flakes will be turning it into a big fiasco. You as the owner should want to see what it is he is talking about so that you can fix the issue. Thats just my.02

I agree. In fact, this has happened to two people and if I were the owner/rep I would definitely want to see what it is so that I could correct it for on-going sales not just to please the two guys who has issues with your product.
Yes bro, I agree 100% and I said what I thought was the issue. I re-filtered all the gear a few days ago after what happened to one of the bros here. I checked it all out and it looks very clean, i even put on a pair of 350 lens reading glasses to examine the goods. So there should be no more mishaps from this point forth. I have been supplying lots of orders on another board and have not had 1 complaint so I really didn't acknowledge the situation. Now I will make sure everything is good to go before it goes. I am glad that this issue was brought up because by no means would I want to put something out there to harm anyone.
How do I attach my photos? I hit the insert image icon and it asks for a URL.
I never said it was secure bro, I said I need to get a secure email provider and am in the process of doing so. Thanks for listing a few of them I will look into it for the new email that will replace the one being used.
