He posted a picture, and I give him credit for that. As discussed earlier, he has severe muscle imbalances, and I proposed a chest routine as a move towards solving the problem. I am also sure that there are also imbalances in his legs. I had 13 years of training experience on the day Mike was born.
Imbalances occur, because people are unable to step back and objectively analyze themselves. The most common areas are rear delts, hamstrings, forearms, upper chest and back. People simply ignore these areas, and train their strong points because doing so is more rewarding.
The key is to remain teachable. I have been training, competing, and coaching for 37 years.
But you know what? There are still many things for me to learn
