Congratulations on the progress, Mike! And also on being one of the small minority of internet bodybuilders with the courage and confidence to post their current pictures online.
Let me see if I understand the logic here, Millard: Someone's value is only what they currently look like, yes?
If that is the case, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lee Haney, Dorian Yates, and Ronnie Coleman can no longer be considered as knowledgeable since they no longer look like they stepped off the Olympia stage?
I, of course, am no-where in the league that these greats are in, but since I was 32 last contest, and 51 now, does that mean that the wealth of knowledge I have is meaningless? And what about trainers and coaches in other sports? Greg Jackson could never beat his # 1 student (John Jones) does that negate his ability to produce champions? Do I need a current pic to take a basic stance against stupidity? New guys will see this thread, and say "hey, I can go on a shit ton of gear even though I don't know how to train."
Its great that Mike is working his Rhomboids, but it is insanity for him not to bring up his most lagging body part when he is on a large amount of powerful gear. This is the time to be bombing chest. It is a Galactic error to not prioritize. He should think about maybe take a complete day off before training it, then eat a shit ton of food on that day, go crazy. That would be a perfect cheat day for him. In terms of genetics, I have the worst chest around, but years of prioritizing it have brought it up.
