Seriously, put your thumb on your iliac crest, your pointer finger on your greater trochanter, then inject directly halfway between those two points. It'll change your life, I promise. FARRRR les pip than a gluteal injection; a little more pain going in but nothing major after the fact if you do it right.

I don't remember exactly how he pinned it but he definitely pinned a whole bottle in one sitting.
A vet over there talked him through it for weeks. He must of been scared shitless after he figured out what he did.
I remember another thread about a young guy that was going to run clen for the first time. He was using body weight or temperature to calculate his dose and fucked up is math.
He ended up taking four or five times the highest recommended dose for his first dose ever.
That same vet talked him through it as well. That's when he told us about the guy pinning the whole bottle and that we shouldn't always dismiss outrageous questions as trolls every time because we could actually be stopping someone from seriously fucking themselves up.
