You seemed to be confused……. My domain is non-US, the shopping cart function is however US. Does this clarify things for you guys??

75 bucks for sustanon seems a little crazy to me.
Yeah his prices are a little up there.
He could be using an anonymous offshore service that has its datacenters in Panama. It just may happen to be a datacenter that's also used by several other UGLs / AAS websites. Jose Castrellon, Sky IP, Inc. may be the representative of parent company of datacenter?

The cart is self standing and therefore requires no "host" only a domain name. It's more simple to point a name at the cart than to build a site and a cart then merge the 2 as one.

But doesn't having the web cart data stored on a US server defeat the entire purpose of Panama internet privacy laws?

Exactly the point!
I contacted him and told him to send me 200 anavar so I could run 80 milligrams for 50 days to tell that it is actual anavar. If its actual anavar I would pay for them. 80 milligrams of anavar for 50 days will do your body like no other oral steroid will. I told him I would be truthful with everything. He offered 100 for me to do then if I want the other 100 I would pay for those to continue. I told him fine I will go with that and then he pulled out of it so I don't know what to think of it.

No it doesn't mean absolutely zero. Real Anavar at 80 milligrams a day will yield results no other oral steroid can at that dosage. So if it is what he says it is at 80 milligrams I will be able to find out.

No sir, not as it is written by both the domain provider and the guidelines of the web cart. It's a bit tricky, but I did consult before I put things together. No matter how you spin it, it's all less than legal…..
This is correct the database is what is important not the domain name. Where the domain is registered is unimportant. The database is what LE is interested in if the source is busted, going offshore is the only way to protect yourself from a liability standpoint.
