First Cycle ever Test P and Test E

Stats: 38yrs old 190lbs 6'0 BF% is probably around 20% I mean I am a skinny guy with a gut. Meaning I have basically no muscle on my legs, glutes, arms aren't very big, it's ALL GUT. I wear a size 33 pants and I'm not STUFFING myself into them.

I raced Motocross and Supercross when young so I did crazy cardio and lots of reps with light weights. I didn't want to get big because in the racing world weight equals slow. I managed to stay around 170 back then but it was tough. Genetically everyone in my family is around 6'1 or so and they all weigh in the 150-160 range.

For whatever reason (i believe it was a stint on paxil) in about 2005 i began to put on weight. At one point I got up to 208# then I slimmed down to 183 and back up to 190# where I have been for months.

So I had the labs done and test was 238 which is low. I wasn't shocked I had been feeling like crap for a few years honestly. So having no insurance I did some research and ordered up some test. I've got test P, Test E, and some EQ. I also picked up some aramosin for EOD use. I've pinned 1.5 ml of test P and test E 50/50 E4D. I've pinned quads OMFG the worst charlie horse ever. I thought i was going to have to have the woman get me off of the toilet. I've pinned glutes I get knots from the injection site. I don't have any fat in my ass and I'm using 1.5" 25 gauge. Today the pin went great my GF did it and i didn't feel a thing but now couple hours later I can feel the pain setting in. I still have a knot from Monday's pin on the other side. I think the stuff is working because I leave the gym hungry for more but unfortunately I have gained a little weight.

My question for you guys is should I switch to test E and test EQ twice a week and ditch the prop/E combo I'm on? I was advised to try this but I am not that familiar with test EQ so I stayed the course hoping the PIP would stop.

Since i want to have more of a runner or swimmers physique not a Builder style body but can't seem to cut??? Should I just give in and eat like crazy and hit stacks and let the weight gain come?

Or should I continue to try to cut and maybe get stricter on my diet? I play alot of basketball but not much other cardio. Basketball 3 times a week is killer though.

I don't want to gain weight i would like to weigh around 170-175 and have a lower BF% but if i can't get there (and I don't seem to be able to) I may as well try to bulk up. A stick with a gut is not where I want to be.
 
Dude.... if you don't want to gain weight then why on earth are you using AAS? Try a better diet and more cardio. Your goals don't seem to be too hard to achieve. If it is a runners body you want to have, then be a runner. Good luck.
 
I need an AAS for TRT. That is why I'm not on anything else at this time. I've been told that I would naturally lose belly fat with test as my levels get back to where they should be. As long as I keep the estrogen in check.

Thanks for the response. I am already starting to feel better. I mean it was bad man there were days I HAD to take a nap at 1:00pm and I would catch myself trailing off during long conference calls and phone calls. I felt like crap and still have a ways to go.
 
If you're looking for a TRT dose, you're currently pinning more than a typical TRT dose and WILL gain weight. Try sticking to .5 ml twice a week.
 
Pinned Thursday and very little PIP. I think I'm getting better at this. Did legs today cardio pre workout and basketball post workout. Hopefully I can burn some fat.

Test is test so there's no point.

And what do you mean by "test EQ?"... I assume you mean just EQ, which is not test, but equipoise (boldenone) which is known to increase appetite.

You should build muscle as your first and foremost goal because I've found one just can't lose belly fat effectively without a solid amount of muscle. Lift heavy and hard, eat clean, and do your cardio, and you will be amazed at the changes at the end.

No point in stacking enanthate and prop unless it's all you have and you need to use it all.
 
And forget the scale. You'll gain weight at first and then probably stagnate if you're eating clean. Then maybe you'll lose some. Sounds like you need TRT permanently though so after this higher dosed cycle see a doctor and get some scripted test.

2) IMHO you're a moron. Cleanup your diet FIRST. You will accomplish NOTHING if you eat a lousy diet!
3) What other blood tests did you run besides TT? Did you run a full thyroid panel for example? A complete lipid panel? If yes please post the results of these tests.
4) Are you still taking paxil? What other - if any - prescription meds are you on?

I am on no prescription drugs and hove not been for over 3 years. My diet is clean I don't eat bad and rarely cheat at all. Cheat meals always make me pay later. I drink a beer or two now and again but I also don't drink for extended periods. It kind of depends on what is going on.

I can't upload my labs again because I already posted them in another thread.

Average day of eating for me is as follows:

7am Protein shake carb fuel, 1/2 cup oatmeal
9:30 handful of almonds/celery sticks
12:00 blackened chicken salad
2:30 protein shake without carb fuel
5:30-6:00 6-8oz of chicken breast depending on how hungry I am with green beans.
8:30-9:00 Celery sticks or Protein shake once in a while a cliff bar or protein bar

Even if I accomplish NOTHING physically (which would disappoint me) I already feel better. I am 2 weeks into this today and I can honestly say I feel better. I'm not 100% by any means but I feel better. I am hitting the gym hard and making sure to spend some time on the treadmill, or the basketball court each day. I did chest today and I'm sore but I killed it and I can't wait to go tomorrow.

I have been stacking the prop with E for the more immediate effect of prop with the staying power of the E. I will quit the prop next week.
 
if you want to get big and still shed fat, than jog/run 15-30 mins a day and train as heavy as you can always making goals to raise your weights... also eat up to 2000-2300 cals, make sure your taking in enough protine, and carbs.... otherwise you will just be spinning your wheels and still wondering why you aren't gaining any muscle nor losing any fat.... best of luck bro....

Thanks man! I hit the GYM today did 30 mins on elliptical then full Bi-Tri workout then back to Cardio and closed out with 2 miles on the treadmill.
had 1 egg 3 whites with a banana for breakfast, protein shake for snack, salad with 4oz of chicken breast for lunch, had almonds and veggies for snack, bought a new infrared turkey fryer and made a free range chicken for dinner. It smells delicious. I'll have green beans with that.
 
Some quick thoughts:

To lose fat, focus on larger muscle groups, arm days are better when you're already big. So do chest, back, quads (squats), hams and glutes (deads).

I would lift first and cut the cardio a little, do 20-30 min AFTER lifting! Always after. Trust me, you will see much better results in both muscle gain and fat loss.

Eat a bit more protein too, and go ahead and have all the egg yolks you want. Very nutritious and keeps you satiated longer.
 
I too have ridden/raced mx for the better part of 35 years. Just turned 55 and still hitting the track every once in awhile, just started my first cycle of 500mg test e only, very curious as to what it will feel like at the track in about a month.

I haven't ridden since I started pinning but the things I have noticed in the gym are recovery time! I am not nearly as sore the next day or even the same day sometimes. My breathing gives out before my body does. When you are old fat and out of shape usually your body goes first. I have to say there is a bit of a rush with it as well. Myabe it's a placebo effect but I am feeling better everyday.

It's hard to sit in front of a laptop because I have to much energy! I want to do something.
 
Switched to test e 1ml and EQ 1ml twice a week. Virtually no Pip now but I have noticed my recovery time is taking longer.

Almost 2 days after my last Test P pin I started getting sore from lifting. I woke up so sore today I had to take a day off from the gym. Worked my chest Monday, back Tuesday and shoulder Wednesday. Thursday to sore to raise my hands over my head.
 
Took it easy today worked bi's and tri's then ran 30 mins on the treadmill. weighed in at 196#

I feel like I need to eat more to speed up my metabolism.
