Stats: 38yrs old 190lbs 6'0 BF% is probably around 20% I mean I am a skinny guy with a gut. Meaning I have basically no muscle on my legs, glutes, arms aren't very big, it's ALL GUT. I wear a size 33 pants and I'm not STUFFING myself into them.
I raced Motocross and Supercross when young so I did crazy cardio and lots of reps with light weights. I didn't want to get big because in the racing world weight equals slow. I managed to stay around 170 back then but it was tough. Genetically everyone in my family is around 6'1 or so and they all weigh in the 150-160 range.
For whatever reason (i believe it was a stint on paxil) in about 2005 i began to put on weight. At one point I got up to 208# then I slimmed down to 183 and back up to 190# where I have been for months.
So I had the labs done and test was 238 which is low. I wasn't shocked I had been feeling like crap for a few years honestly. So having no insurance I did some research and ordered up some test. I've got test P, Test E, and some EQ. I also picked up some aramosin for EOD use. I've pinned 1.5 ml of test P and test E 50/50 E4D. I've pinned quads OMFG the worst charlie horse ever. I thought i was going to have to have the woman get me off of the toilet. I've pinned glutes I get knots from the injection site. I don't have any fat in my ass and I'm using 1.5" 25 gauge. Today the pin went great my GF did it and i didn't feel a thing but now couple hours later I can feel the pain setting in. I still have a knot from Monday's pin on the other side. I think the stuff is working because I leave the gym hungry for more but unfortunately I have gained a little weight.
My question for you guys is should I switch to test E and test EQ twice a week and ditch the prop/E combo I'm on? I was advised to try this but I am not that familiar with test EQ so I stayed the course hoping the PIP would stop.
Since i want to have more of a runner or swimmers physique not a Builder style body but can't seem to cut??? Should I just give in and eat like crazy and hit stacks and let the weight gain come?
Or should I continue to try to cut and maybe get stricter on my diet? I play alot of basketball but not much other cardio. Basketball 3 times a week is killer though.
I don't want to gain weight i would like to weigh around 170-175 and have a lower BF% but if i can't get there (and I don't seem to be able to) I may as well try to bulk up. A stick with a gut is not where I want to be.
