My next propose blast I am starting on 12/30/13. This is going to be a recomp blast.
GoalsTo get to about 10%BF at 230lbs currently 15% at 245lbs

Astro’s then Geneza’s Tren A 30mg a day 1-12
Astro’s Bold Cyp 400mg 1-12
Bio’s Mast E 200mg a week
Var 50mg a day 1-4 8-12
PEP’s Winny 50mg 1-4 8-12
GH 2iu a day 1-26
AI/Serms
Aromasin and nolva
PCT
No PCT. I will go back to my TRT cruising dose of 100mg a week of cyp

1 cup Whole Steel Cut Oats
1 bananna
Protein Shake
Meal 2:
2 pouches of albacore tuna low sodium or Chicken Breast
1/2 Sweet potato
½ brown rice
Cup of broccoli
Meal 3:
cup of nonfat greek yogurt
handful of almonds
Meal 4:
Lean beef patty
Cup of pinto beans
½ sweet potato
Meal 5:
cup of nonfat greek yogurt
Salad with 2 tbs of olive oil
Meal 6:
protein shake
This is my first time running tren so I am starting at 30mgs and I may up the Tren to 50mg a day once I see how I react to it.
Any comments on running the winny and var at the same time as well as running it at the beginning and end?
