my log on cycle

Hi, thought I would log my cycle, this is my second cycle ever.. the fist one I did was when I was 23, was a short cycle at the time.. 12 weeks long, test 350 a week and deca 250 per week, I remember it said tesosterona or something like that. Mexico I'm guessing.
I got fucking huge off that little cycle. Started it at 180 curling 45's and at the end of 12 weeks was 215 curling 125lb dumbells I was already working out for about 2 years prior to cycle. From that small cycle I was able to keep my size and strength with very little maintenance and could take a year off of the gym and within 2 weeks be back to looking strong and feeling awesome.
Now I'm 36, 1 kid recently ( thanks for the congrats)
I'm feeling my age a bit finally..I have not worked out much at all the past 2 years so it should be a pretty good transformation. I will post before and after pics too.

well since today was my first day in the gym this afternoon, I will post my workout
I want to take it easy at first because of the risk of injury. At the end of this workout I was fucking exhausted! I feel like a huge pussy, the gym I'm at has some big mofo's who compete and also big time power lifter gym.
15 min fast walking on treadmill
warm up stretching

lat pulldown 170lbs 3 x 12
seated row 170lbs 3 x 12
t-bar (bent row) 70 3 x 12
bent row dumbell 50 lbs 3 x 12

straight bar curls 75lbs 3 x 12

going to be super sore tomorrow and probably the next 4 days
 
I would take some before pics if you haven't with that cycle I would expect some dramatic results. One thing for me on cycle my recovery (sore) time is much shorter.

I'd get back in the gym and into the swing if things for a few months before using gear again but that's just me.. Also, no reason to go that long, you're gains will stall out so what's the point?

I didn't think that a 12 week cycle with a cruise and then another 12 was long..I'm not really going to be blasting hard, dosages seem pretty conservative.
really more of a 10 week cycle on the bulk with the long esters right?

I kind of agree with you on getting into it for at least a week maybe 2 before I start, but then I figured by the time the test and deca kick in it will be week 2 or 3 and the dbol is pretty low dose, and by then i will have got into the swing of it,, all the years i have lifted i bounce back super fast.
if my order is delayed past monday (which is when it should arrive to start) then I will be forced to do what you are suggesting.

I don't think I'm going to log diet in here until my cut, I'm eating around 5k calories a day, mostly clean calories all though I just killed 3 slices of some pizza after my workout along with 30g of protien.
super sore today from yesterday could hardly get out of bed, good thing for tramadol..

cable cross over 10 lbs for 5 reps and then 20 lbs for 5 reps, then 30 for 5 reps made it up to 40 then back down , russian progressives.

Im feeling super sharp mentally like a fog has been lifted from that past 2 days at the gym, I feel like im 10 years younger mentally right now. All though I'm sore as fuck.
I always kick myself in the ass when I realize how much time I have taken off and wonder why I let myself not go to the gym.

Hey man, thought I would see if I could add my .02 cents to your cycle, since you were kind enough to add yours to mine :).

The only things I would critique or add:
The aromasin - are you planning on using it as needed, or you already know your susceptible to estrogen sides and you're going to run it the whole length? The only other reason would be to make sure your gains are drier/leaner. If not for those reasons and you're doing it for safety/insurance, it acts quick enough, I would use it as needed. You need estrogen for muscle gains believe it or not, killing all of it isn't so useful.

Your cycle post week 12 - What's your logic in running your test lower than weeks 1-12? Your body is already shutdown at that point, you'll just lower the amount of test your body has access to. You might as well either end your cycle there, or increase your dose to 600-750 for the remainder. I could see if you added some other compounds for variety and effect (harden up, lean out etc..), like var, primo, winny or did your masteron and tren during weeks13-19... but just "cruising" on a lower dose than you started is going to do nothing but stall until you get back to week 20, effectively wasting 1400mgs of test cyp. Not to mention once you hit week 15 or 16 the effects of Deca will show if you suffer from joint pain while not on it.

I never understood the rationale behind "cruising". You either want gains or you don't. Why fuck around? That's just me.

Yeah I did not have access to AI's back when i first cycled, and I didn't get gyno or anything so I might not be sensitive to it. I guess I will just play it by ear since I would prefer less chemicals in my body vs more. And with that line of thinking is my logic behind the cruise, its really to give my body a break from the high test levels, conversion of dht, estro, etc. I don't care about wasting test I have too much of it laying around here, frankly it will take me 5 years to go through what I have

5 years ?:eek: Great flying spaghetti monster ! Okay, well I see your rationale. It still seems to me like you should either blast your hcg then, or just stick to the same dose of test you were on, or ramp up. 6 weeks isn't going to make a huge difference either way, in the respect of giving your body a "break" that is.

You will see gains either way as your body hasn't been on in a while, so have fun :).

hacksquat machine 720lbs 3x12 this machine cracks me up...i spend 5 minutes stacking it with all this weight and it still seems easy.

yesterday did 2cc of test cyp 200 and 1 cc of deca 250 in one pin.. pip today is moderate. dropped 20 mg of dbol prior to workout yesterday and 10mg this morning.
 
I'll be fallowing along. I would have waited a few months before starting, in ordering get your body use to lifting again, but that's just me. Good luck man.
 
I expect your weights will jump up as your body adjust to lifting again.

I did not feel like going to the gym today one bit.
But I got my lazy ass in the car and went. Was thinking on doing cardio but decided I was too tired. So I went straight to the

lat pulldown 180lbs 3 x 12 ( form was pretty good but fuck my elbow joints are hurting, sucks getting older)

Biceps
standing barbell curl 65 x 15 - 75 x 15 - 85 x 15 - 95 x 10 (I need to pinpoint how much I should be lifting)
seated dumbell curls 30 x 12 - 35 x 12 - 40 x 10
standing dumbell curls 35 x 12 -- 40 x 12-- 45 x 8
I feel all warmed up now and ready to rock and roll but gf is texting me to come home and help with the baby...shit..gotta go.

I have some test prop laying around that I got into today .. 100 mg.. i want this shit kicked off like now. also 30 mg of dbol total today


whole body is sore at this point, should be better by the weekend and no more sore.
 
to compare here is sunday's chest workout..my strength is up in just a few days, muscle memory kicking in fast as hell with this dbol and test prop kick. Up 4 lbs since sunday

Wait, so it looks like you fell off the plan already? Test P and 30 mg of dbol? Revise your plan or stick to your guns man! Not that it's life or death[:o)](perspective), but as far as goals go.. one of the worst things is to go completely off-script! Best thing is to have a plan and stick to it, and if you need to revise it, cool, but then stick to the revision.

I'm big on goal-setting, planning and then sticking to a plan. It's the only way you know if something worked or not.
 
I hear you man, the dbol seems kinda weak so I will be upping it to probably 40 mg a day, the test prop kept looking at me from the corner of my room, and I'm pretty sure I heard it say " you are a pussy" so of course I had to stab it with a needle..

Took today off from the gym as I hosted a party for my employees at dave n busters, pretty fun place. Got kinda drunk.
up to 204lbs when I stepped on the scale, thats 9 lbs since the start of this log, probably quite a bit of water weight..I def look much bigger and feel much stronger but I also need to add more cardio, diet is pretty good but I can tell I have added some fat.
