First Cycle ever Test P and Test E

Ben thank you for following my log. I know you have great knowledge so feel free to correct me. I'm admittedly a rookie and learning as I go occasionally through mistakes unfortunately. The gear I am running is from PEP and sometimes it goes so smooth I can't even tell that I pinned it. Other times I get sore. What I have found is it is me not the gear.

The EQ was recommended to me probably as more of a cutter to help with PIP than anything I think? I am only about 2 weeks into running it so I guess I will have to keep waiting to see results. My biggest question with EQ is whether it's worth the time to run it. I don't see many people writing about it

I love eq. It's loved by many. Everything takes a back seat to tren in her 3 beautiful esters...acetate enanthate and hex(parabolan) astro and his tren base doesn't count.
Speaking of esters you may try some later on or fuck it, I think pep has bold cyp? Grab a couple
vials of the faster acting sister of eq? It's something to consider if shorter cycles are what you're after?
I saw either jballz or 1-4 suggesting the cut?
 
I may order some bold? PEP has been excellent and answered many of my questions and I know my issues are me not the gear. Yesterday was my second time pinning with a 23gauge needle and it felt like it bit me and bled a lot so I must have hit something. I didn't inject there because it felt wrong. I cleaned another spot and pinned smooth as could be. I'm running a 12 week cycle the problem is I'm 5 weeks in so BOLD may be a good option.
 
Cardio on Monday ran further than I have been able to in forever. Today bench was up and I flew through my workout so smoothly I finished with 45 mins on the treadmill. Weight was up to 198 at one point I'm back down to 193 right now.
 
I have noticed my feet and arms fall asleep very easily now. I also have really dry skin. Is this common stuff?

I added HCG to the program today pinned .10 with my normal routine today.

Hey bro,

I don't get the issues with hands and feet falling asleep or the weird dreams but I do get the dry skin. Make sure you hydrate alot. I use the old lubriderm right after I shower and that seems to solve it for me.
With the hcg that amounts to 250iu's, right?
 
Thanks for following my log Tao and yes the Hcg is exactly as it should be. The weird dreams JUST started and the numbness is more pronounced than it had been. My girl says she gets it as well but she is on WAY more stuff than me.
 
Had to travel back home this weekend. The weather is bad so haven't been to gym in a few days. One of my buddies brothers died very young no cause of death yet? Anyway a bunch of us got together and next thing you know I'm drunk and eating Cheetos. I don't even like Cheetos! I feel like crap today and guilty as hell because I KNOW better. Shaking my head.
 
Check your bp or pulse. If the blood is being pumped to fast it can cause for numbness. When I use to take my preworkout before I did any sprinting activity I would lose feeling in my feet. After a few minutes I would start to get better but I would have to relax a few minutes.
 
How's your weight and how are you looking? I'm assuming you've seen positive results thus far.

Looks wise I feel like I look some better however the tape measure and scale say the same thing they did last week and the week before. My calorie intake is averaging 1074 per day in the last 7 days 751 the 7 days before that and 1641 the week prior. I had 1 day above 2200 calories and that was Thanksgiving day.

The pie chart for the last 7 days is 34% carbs, 31% fat, 35% protein. The week before 31% Carbs, 35% fat, 34% protein.

I am treading water here I believe. I was feeling pretty good until I looked at all of those numbers. Now I want to eat bon bons! :D
 
Had some PIP yesterday but it's gone today. I did bi's and tri's today kind of a light day I'm super tired. Feel like going back to bed. Everyone in the house has been sick and I think I am just getting a touch of it.
 
Your calorie intake is all over the place! Not good. Try to normalize that. If your eat 1600 calories per day one week and 751 the next, your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down. Try not to be so erratic with your caloric intake. Also, 1000 calories per day one week & 751 calories per day the next, aren't good for sparing or gaining muscle. Way too low in my opinion. Especially while lifting weights.

I think you're referring to "Net Calories under weekly goal". If so, they're pretty decent totals. 1600 is kinda high but not bad. Ideally you want to come in at your goal or a little under.

My net Calorie under weekly goal last 7 days is 8,188 the week before 9,233

I would think I would be 80lbs?
 
That's almost impossible. I'm assuming your goal is around 1800 cal per day. That's a net goal of about 12,500. No way you can be 9,233 underneath that. That'd mean you'd have a net calorie intake of about 3,000 Cal in a week. You'd look like a runway model! I suspect you're taking way too much credit for exercise each day and it's making your net calories seem a lot lower than what they actually are.

I agree that the numbers seem askew! I enter the exercise as it says to my daily goal is 2170. I am not doing that much cardio I assure you. I eat around 1500-1800 calories a day. Occasionally I will eat really clean and they will be lower but other days I have a beer or two. I have been honest with the app and as thorough as i can be. The bottom line here is I am on week 8 of a cycle and I am 6lbs heavier than when I started and my BF% is about the same. My strength is up but I could care less about that. My biceps appear bigger and my quads, i feel like my face has less fat and i do have veins popping out. Other than that and some morning wood I haven't seen much results. I blame me not the gear. I obviously do not know what I am doing.
