Being an iron junkie most of my life I have allways been on the look out for that new routine to take me to the next level or that extra 10 pounds to the frame or 50 pounds to the bar.The routine junkie. They say too much of anything can be a bad thing but I regress because another old routine may be the one you were waiting for just to give you that new plan of action and extra motivation.i don't remember when or how I even found this site or who the hell even put it together but I can say its a keeper and I have allways found my way back to it when I wanted a new simple clean format and it delivered. This here site has a wealth of tried and true routines that have proven their worth for ages and will be around after all the fad routines have come and gone.

Yeah. I found that for the most part I only needed compound exercises. In and out of that gym in 30 minutes. Have to say though I did notice a lot of fat loss when back when I used to lift for 2 hours.

Me as well,my best luck is the compounds 3x week with a short session when gaining mass....I have noticeable fat loss with the ramped up sessions 4 x per week.
