Newbies Log and break of silence

I have been learning a lot at this board, so I decided to break my silence and do a log. I have learned from the last few months from educating myself on the threads not to be "that guy" that thinks he knows it all and won't shut up. It's always good to be, "quick to listen and slow to speak..."
From quietly reading without contributing I have learned what gets you the farthest amongst seasoned members. My log will be short and sweet. But I feel it is time to contribute to the board.

I have been working out for about ten years and did some cycles on and off between 21 and 23. Yea, I know, stupid. Anyway, I have been over 5 years "virgin-it" as far as any gear goes.

I am about to turn 30 so I figured that I would give it a go. Cycle Log is as follows.
Week 1-10- 500 Mg Test Cypionate, 250mg 2x week(Astro)
Week 1-10- 300 Mg N.P.P, 100mg MWF(Astro)
Week 1-4- 300 Mg of Test Prop, 100 Mg MWF (astro)
Week 3-10 50 Mg of Var, 25 mg morning and 25mg nightly (PEP)
Week 1-10 500 I.U. HCG weekly, 250 I.U.x 2 week (Astro)
Week 1-10 .5mg Arimidex 3 x week ( PEP)
PCP
Week 12-15- 20-40 MG Nolva( first week 40 then taper down)
Week 12-15- 50-100 MG Clomid( first week 100 then taper down)

I Know this is a short review, but I am five weeks in and have 5 weeks to go. I am 6 foot 1/2, 188lbs at beginning and now I am 203lbs. I do cardio 45 minutes four days a week; Sun, Tues, Thurs, Sat and lift M, W, F.

Monday- Back and Bi's and Abs
Wednesday- Legs and Shoulders
Friday- Tris and Chest and Abs

Cardio consists of Run 3-4 miles and elliptical training. Calories consist of around 3,000 to 3,500. Clean, but not obsessed. I am married with a kid so its hard to be crazy strict. But I try to eat clean.

I have always worked out religiously because I graduated with an Exercise Science degree, but decided recently to get serious( probably the hitting 30 curse)

Before and After pics attached. Oh yea, and the fourth week I had to drop arimidex and substitute Letro 1.25 mg everyday to reverse some oncoming gyno coming on. GOT IT IN CHECK! I will drop Letro the sixth week and go back to .5 arimidex 3to4 times a week. I feel great, nothing to complain of and my wife "hates" me because of my newly discovered sex addiction.

Could have used Nolva if you had itchy nips. I don't like letro unless I was trying to reverse Gyno (has too many negative side effects).

I do have nolva on hand but my pre-existing gyno lump flared up and started growing so that's why I did letro. It is getting smaller. But yes, the sides even after 9 days are noticeable. ..sleepy
 
And I agree deca would have been better due to the proportionality of long esters but I didn't plan on doing npp the whole cycle just 5 or 6 weeks...but it makes me strong and lubricated at gym..so I decided to run it the whole time
 
First off, thanks for doing some homework and putting some real thought and effort into making your cycle. Here is my input to what you have already.

Deca would not be a good choice. The stuff stays with you a long time and you would have to stop it's use at around 6 weeks for it to hopefully clear in time. Deca can really screw up your PCT timing. NPP is better for your cycle.

In general Adex is good for keeping you E2 levels in check but once you get gyno then Tamo has been shown to stop/reverse it. I've done a similar cycle and got gyno and had to increase my Dex from .25mg EOD to .5mg ED and Tamo from 5mg EOD to 40mg ED. The gyno was gone in two weeks and I lowered the dose to .5mg Dex and 10mg Tamo EOD.

I think you are running the orals too long. I wouldn't run them more that 4 weeks at time. Too toxic on the liver.

I think you need to start PCT at 13 weeks not 12. If there is still exogenous AAS in your system then you are wasting your time. Trust me I know this from first hand experience and Dr Scally set me straight and I did recover.
 
It's my opinion that really nobody should be doing deca anymore with NPP available. I love nandrolone, it's like nectar from the gods, but there are just to many sides associated with deca, and it takes FOREVER to clear if you want to stop. Just my opinion.

OP - I wouldn't run the var longer then 6 weeks.
 
I looked at the charts. Very informative, Thank you. When would be a good time to stop the N.P.P for it too clear in time for my P.C.T. Charts were kind of confusing. I did get that N.P.P was better than Deca due to Ester length and serum concentrations still active.
 
Very informative charts. I knew deca was a long serum concentration length but not that long with just 100ml. So when would be a good week to quit npp?

The Nandralon drug, even in NPP, hangs around for awhile so I would stop it at week 8 or 9. And continue Test through week 10 and start PCT week 13.
 
Also, so u recommend dropping letro and getting bk on dex at .5 ed with nolva 40mg ed to see if gyno subsides. It has gone down but is still there. My legs are aching while running. I don't know if its from estro related bone density sides caused by letro or var pumps....so much to think about.
 
Sound good? So it usually takes about two weeks to turn gyno sides around?

Everyone reacts differently. It only took me two weeks but I know of others that it took longer. If/when your lump goes away then drop it down, if not try it longer. Are you on any SSRI meds? It seems that people on drugs like Paxil have more issues with gyno.
