Hardcore specialization program experiences?

I'm seriously considering a chest specialization program. Most of the articles I've found on these amount to some form of maintenance of all but the muscle you're specializing in and last 3-6 weeks. I'm considering a chest specialization program. I've been working out for 15 years and never tried a specialization program, let alone one this concentrated. Any insight on these? I think they're fine for folks not on anabolics but at any rate, any general experience y'all have had with these would be great. Here are some examples of the programs (perhaps to your own benefit):

T NATION | 4 Weeks To A Bigger Chest
T NATION | HSS-100: Chest Specialization
T NATION | The 11 Body Part Split

Bench press specialization:
Day1(mon)
8-65%
6-70
4-75
2_80
1-85
1-90
1-95%
6sets x 3reps@ 80% [complete all sets w/o help take max up 10-15 lbs

Day2(thrs)
3sets to failure [as many as you can] @ 60-65%
Numbers should be
set1 16-18reps
Set2 12-14reps
Set3 8-10reps
Make sure your sweating profusely before you start set 1!
Obviously no-one touches the bar after liftoff but you!( unless spot is needed to rack it)
Touch your chest as well.

Yes after my trips to the gym these things need to be addressed.

Good program I might add if your one in an Advanced lifter take layoffs as needed, prehab and listen to what your body is telling you wt feel heavy back way off 95% territory is a long way for 8 weeks.

You won't make it to 95% for even 6 weeks. It's a goal setting and previous rep beating spec. Training program.

Unless I'm wrong the guy who started this thread was not looking for a bench press specialization program.

I think he is looking for a program for the chest, doing more than just bench presses.

Tnation..... those guys are very creative I must say...not sure about their $500 supplement protocol though.I tried an arms speacialization program from them a while ago.. T NATION | 4 Weeks to Big Arms

It worked but I think it worked from the increased frequency per week on my arms.It was fun and a good change of pace.I had to put strength gains aside and go with the flow.Personally I think I would not had made it through the speacialization cycle without anabolics but that's me.Give it a whirl as you only live once.

T- Bag does a good job with putting out shitty programs with even shittier supplements.

Yes I suppose I have to agree......even though I have found a few useful tidbits there. You know if you put out shitty supplements suckers will allways buy them.cristian .t has maybe lost his mind but you know he has a business and I don't so.... that mountain dog fella seems to be doing well with his $500 12 week programs to think of it.
