I love Rich as well. He seems like a great guy. His interviews with Ric Drasin are pretty interesting. I just wish Rich would lay off the synthol - he would still look amazing without it. In some videos its not as evident but in other its pretty outrageous.

I've seen these as well, He seems pretty honest and straight forward about his AAS use. He's definately an animal.

Theres a vid of him doing an 8 hr arm workout which is redonk.
