I hear you man, the dbol seems kinda weak so I will be upping it to probably 40 mg a day, the test prop kept looking at me from the corner of my room, and I'm pretty sure I heard it say " you are a pussy" so of course I had to stab it with a needle..

Naturally, every bottle eeks out a "hey pussy, you can't handle me" every now and again:D.

Throw them in right away, and don't ever come off gh unless you have to! Seriously, growth is best the longer you take it.

took 2 days off to help joints recover a bit since I jumped right into this cycle from a dead stop.

people are noticing my size increase for sure, went to a family members house today and was carrying the baby around and family member says, damn are you juicing or something? I said.. umm yah, they said yah you can tell you look bigger.

banged gf the other night and she was like that was awesome it was like i was banging a different dude who is much bigger than you hahaha was some funny shit till i kicked her out of bed and told her to make me a sandwich..i ended up making her a sandwich!

Good base to start with. While you are not ultra lean, you are lean enough to be able to see the changes in your body and act accordingly. Good luck Az and I will be checkin in so keep up the good logging.

Today i went pretty heavy at the gym from what I started at I think I might be stating to hone in on what I should be lifting but i feel like my strength is just flying up instead of creeping up, probably something to do with my body finding its way back to where it was before all the years off, and the test/deca/dbol making it happen fast.

Sorry been a while since I posted if anyone is still following, holidays were shitty and busy.. one thing that stayed consistent were my gains. I'm at 213 now and my strength just keeps climbing, I will give the highlights
I'm no longer on dbol, just test at 500 a week and deca at 250 a week, I'm not sure how much longer I have to go but once the deca is gone that will be 10 weeks. Then I will start the cut cycle.
up to 315 3 x 10 for free squats
295 flat bench on last set of 8
dead lift 315 on last set of 8
shoulder pressing 80 lb dumbbells for 12 on last set.
idk I think I might change my workout up a bit, I'm getting fucking huge and strong but not much definition, I'm sure its partly the excess body fat from trying to bulk, I wonder if I could get some opinions, should I drop the weight and raise the rep?
I notice if I take my calories down to a deficit my strength is sapped, if I'm up in calories my strength is huge.
My joints are pretty sore most days, I'm assuming due to the heavy weight and being old.. and I'm still waiting on my rips to arrive.

My thoughts are at the 2 week mark of last deca pin starting the tren a at 50 mg a day and mast at the same and dropping the test dose down to like 200 a week.

It does suck getting old.. that GH should get you feeling 21 again though! On another note, Deca always works well enough for my joints. You may want to try upping it in the future, and see what happens.

I know I probably told you this before, but I wouldn't drop the test down to 200 at all when you start your cut. As far as when you start it, 2 weeks post last deca pin seems is good enough. If it were me, I would do it the week following your last deca pin to get it rolling.

My rule of thumb is to always have at least as much test, if not more than any one of your other compounds running (not necessarily cumulative, just pick the highest other compound, and beat it).

The other thing I would say is that you're starting at what looks like a legit bodyweight/composition to start cutting. To be honest, when I start cutting I'll have a gut from my bulk! I guess you just have to be able to know and utilize your diet to maximize fat loss... as that is where a good chunk of the work comes from. You should be good to go man, I expect to see striations and a 6 pack at the end of your cut!!

So about 4 weeks into my cycle and I'm feeling pretty awesome. I just wanted to update my before and after pics, I have quite a ways to go yet..feel free to throw things at me and call me a fattie. I have stepped up the cardio as of 3 days ago..

I'm not sure what mg/ml your Deca is, but if you can run it at 300mg/week, then I would assume you could dose it at 450mg/week. I would jump to there while keeping the cyp at 500mg. Just that extra 150/week should have you busting over the hump in a couple of weeks. Not to mention while you're cutting your joints won't hurt as much.

Ahh, okay. So just add another .5ml to make it 375mg/week.

I am a little confused though, I keep going back and looking at your original plan; I'm not sure if you have decided to deviate. What I was suggesting is if you are having joint problems now, and want to alleviate that, then up the Deca. You will see gains to go along with that as well, to bust your plateau. If you are about to roll into your cut in less than 3 weeks, and you AREN'T concerned about joint pain due to variation of training during your cut, etc. etc... then by all means, drop the Deca entirely and just run your Mast and Tren as planned. I like to run Deca with everything because of the joint effect, not to mention I like juice :D.

Just be mindful that the tren will make you more aggressive + stronger. Which according to my calculations :p equals the tendency to lift heavier than you would. Just saying brother, joint pain sucks.

Although, you are going to be running growth so there's something to be said for it's effect on the joints as well. Guess you could just see what happens this cycle and live and learn, right?

yeah I am going to deviate from my plan, for 1 I will be upping the dose on my deca. And after more research and thought (thanks for getting my wheels spinning) I'm not going to drop the test dose in between the bulk and cut.

on a side note about my joints, I think I was getting an estro overload causing joint pain, and lethargy I'm now taking aromasin 12.5 ed for the past week instead of every 3 days and I feel awesome, joints feel great.
 
I realized today that my with my strength growing so fast, the amount I'm now able to lift + my age (37 in a few months) its just a matter of time before I injure myself. I dialed it back today, am focusing more on form and focus than trying to push out a ton of weight.
I think at first I may have been intimated by all the guys at the gym whom are bigger than me or same size, or trying to live in the past.. either way I realized my form has been shitty..
did chest today and dropped the weight on everything I had been doing by around 10%. Still got the same pump and fullness with zero joint pain...

I just read a post by King today mentioning he does lower weight too.

In my opinion, keeping your joints working smoothly will lead to better gains.

I sprained my wrist last august and it screwed my lifts for at least six weeks. Play it safe!
 
Yeah I get some wrist pain after benching a heavy load some times, probably because I don't have the bar above the wrist enough and put strain on it. I could see how this could lead to a sprain. I think we tend to get reckless when we feel like we can just throw heavy loads around on gear and don't pay attention to practicing good form.
