The Cycle
1-10 Test e 500 mg ew
1-6 T-bol 60mg ed
7-12 Proviron 75mg ed
Exemestane 12.5, 2xew
This is my first cycle log so I hope I can do a good job for everyone.
This might not look like a lot of gear to most guys but I usually only run 350mg of test and never more then 2 compounds together. Dont tell naps but I did sneak a lil deca in from another source for the old man shoulders (200mg).
I will also continue my cruise dose of 120mg ew straight through so this is a pretty heavy cycle for me.

4 day split mon, tue, thu, fri.
Legs
Shoulders
Chest tri's
Back bi's
Light cardio wed, sat.
Compound movements are usually 5x5, accessory usually 8-10 reps
Goal is always strength and mass.
(Fuck cut! Been there done that!)
The diet
Im going to try something new here, balancing my macros across 6 meals. I used to split carbs and fats.
For now it will look like this...
31g pro each meal.
186g total for each day.
=744 calories ed from protein.
70g carb each meal.
420g total for each day.
=1,680 calories ed from carbohydrates.
14g fat each meal.
84g total for each day.
=756 calories ed from fat.
For a grand total of 3,180 calories everyday.
These are my base macros, this does not include shakes and the large salad or green vegetables I will have with the last meal. I will also pick up a whole chicken or steak on the way home from work a couple times a week and smash that on top of everything else.
Im also known to annihilate a couple natty peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat a couple times a week.
Going to start trying to have a shake in the night when I get up to piss.
Never tried that before so we'll see how it goes.

The actual food is the usual chicken breast tilapia pork loin ground beef steak sweet potatoes brown rice wild rice olive oil flax seed whole eggs oatmeal.

I did take a before pic but I'm still debating on whether I will post it or not. BB has made me a little paranoid with his LE reminder thread. I have a lot of ink and my fair share of scars as well.
Also, I'm much too pasty and white this time of year, would probably blind somebody. hopefully, this goes so well that I change my mind by the time its over.
All critiques and constructive criticisms welcome. If I missed anything let me know.
Alright, not much to report so far of course. First pin was yesterday and pip set in almost immediately but I haven't pinned glutes in quite some time and its not anything I can't manage.
I seem to get some degree of pip from all gear no matter the compound or source so I'm really not the best judge. I'm sure it's a little bit of sloppy technique as well, I did push pretty fast.
Day 4 of t-bol and not much to report there either. I should start to see some pretty significant strength gains by the end of week 2, so we'll see.
Had a real shitty fucking day yesterday and missed the gym so I'm a day behind already this week.
Been thinking about starting a.m. Workouts, I'm getting real tired of life and my job interfering with my workouts.
Maybe I can get it done before anything has a chance to interfere.
That would be a huge change for me, I usually hit the gym no earlier than 630 7 p.m.
If I go first thing in the morning I could also use a pre workout.
Could never use them before working out so late, I would be up all night.
Like I said I'm a day behind so I did legs today. Blazed a path through a never ending pool of resolutioners for legs. At least there is a lot of new poon to look at.
