Elbow pain

Yea I'm on cycle, mine is bad I don't think I can push through it... I think I'm gonna get off cycle as soon as i order anti estrogen

I started to get bad elbow and forearm pains.
Then I traced it to doing curls that supported my elbow.:(
Now I do all free arm curls and the pain slowly went away, it took about 2 weeks for pain to be 100% gone.. :)

Yea that's what is wrong with me elbow and forearm pains... it got really bad after I did curls... what do u mean like supported your curls

I think chill bill means preacher curls. If you have your elbow sitting on something (knee, pad, etc) when you fail out the muscle stops working and ALL the stress goes on your bicep tendons. My orthopedic doctor said thats a no no- and never do negative reps when curling if you are prone to these issues.

If it feels like a tendon issue then stop lifting heavy. Use lighter weights and more reps. Also for curls if you use a barbell, try an ez curl bar. That helped me when I had injured tendons. Hammer curls work great too, as others have mentioned.

It's def a tendon issue, since started gear I went from curling 30lb to 60lb, bench from 185lb 6x to putting 225lb 25x to hitting 305lb 4x.... I've probably put close to 40 lbs on in 16 weeks, I'll try these suggested tips. Do u think I should do light weight or quit all together and take break

I think you should do really light weight. Do 10 sets of ten exercises (google german volume training). As exciting as it is to throw more and more weight on the bar during a cycle you have to remember your joints and tendons.

Muscles might grow 7-10 times faster but your joints grow slower than natural on aas. Steroids often impede collagen production- this makes it very risky to add hundreds of pounds to an exercise in a short amount of time.

You can search these forums for advice and stacks that will help- eq, deca, etc or rest, or low weight high rep. You can pretty much get someone to agree to just about anything except throwing higher weights on every time you go in the gym. I personally started hyges at 4-6 iu daily and have felt some relief. Cortisone shots help but they are just a temporary cover up of improper form or volume.

I did the same rhing and my enjoyment in the gym has dropped as everything is painful. No pain no gain? Know the differ ence between a muscle burn and a joint tear... listen to your body. If something hurts- dont do it until it doesn't hurt any more.

I took hygies first two months of cycle at 4 iu a day, this is ny first cycle I'm on too. But quit hgh bc the numbness in my fingers it became too painful...

Not so much painful but numb, fingers were numb all day long, at night it would wake me up. Elbow really hurts to put pressure on it, gripping something or using a pulling force, pushing force doesn't hurt

Actually my elbow doesn't hurt doing pulling, it hurts when my forearm tightens , like if I make my forearm muscle elbow hurts, but bicep no, tricep hurts when flex but think that's bc of forearm flexes

Lift with light weights. And use the hammer curls, ez bar, etc... If pain worsens I would stop altogether. It seems your core lifts were quite weak to start aas if you were only benching 185x6 to start and curling 30lb dumbbells. Most likely the jump from 30lbs to 60 on your curls damaged the tendons on elbow.

Honestly I never really worked out before just jumped in aas like a dummy

Steve!! What in the... I don't know what to say but you need to come off and do a proper PCT ASAP!!

I know I know, shit I just YouTube a video on hammer curls, that's probably what I hurt them on. I didn't stop at 90° angle id touch my shoulder with the weight... Damn that probably caused a lot of stress on them

since its your first cycle it would be better to back off some. you need to bring up your tendons slower. what your doing is a recipe for problems, torn pec, evulsion fractures, tendonitis. had or known others who have had all of those. its better to learn from someone elses mistakes.
maybe time to run pct and hit it again after you allow your body to heal up. good luck
