Had to make a new thread as I'm OCD and I decided to drop the NPP I was running as the PIP was unbearable to the point it interfered with life/lifting. Also, it was bloating me up and that was the complete opposite effect I was going for. Just going to be a simple prop/var cut cycle to shred up for summer

The first week was prop/npp so I'm starting this thread on the start of the second week at 204. I'm doing 30-40 minutes of cardio everyday eating about 2700 calories at the moment I'll adjust it according to the mirror/scale. May drop the calories extreme for a week or so towards the end. Diet is very clean and strict.
Goal is to be at 8-10% BF. Don't want to get below 190, maintain that and slowly lean bulk up to 210
