Spring Cut Cycle

Had to make a new thread as I'm OCD and I decided to drop the NPP I was running as the PIP was unbearable to the point it interfered with life/lifting. Also, it was bloating me up and that was the complete opposite effect I was going for. Just going to be a simple prop/var cut cycle to shred up for summer:)

Started January 27th
Starting stats
Weight 202
Height 6'1"
BF 15% (guessing could be higher)

Cycle
1-10 Prop 150mg's EOD (Musclefactory/Bio)
2-10 Var 100mg's ED (PEP)
Clen cycled in possibly!

Ancillaries
1-10 HCG 250iu's E3D
1-10 Adex .5mg's EOD
PCT Clomid/Nolva (4 days after last inject)

The first week was prop/npp so I'm starting this thread on the start of the second week at 204. I'm doing 30-40 minutes of cardio everyday eating about 2700 calories at the moment I'll adjust it according to the mirror/scale. May drop the calories extreme for a week or so towards the end. Diet is very clean and strict.

Goal is to be at 8-10% BF. Don't want to get below 190, maintain that and slowly lean bulk up to 210
 
Cut cycle with no tren? Blasphemy.

It's my second cycle. Not only that, test alone makes my hair shed so I can't imagine what kind of havoc tren would reak on my precious hairline. I've ruled out tren/mast for the time being until I can get a grip on my hair. :mad:
 
Sorry to here about you're issues with NPP, but smart move. Gear should never come before training/diet.

IMO with the right amount of test can accomplish just about anything you want anyhow. Everything else is fun, but I think this is a good, simple approach.

Good luck gettin sub 10% too man. I've always wanted to try clen but I'm so happy with EC that I have reason to change it up right now. Clen has such a long half-life I'd actually opt for albuterol or ephedra if you can, but that's just my .02 cents.

I completely agree and I think this is the best move for me to cut on. Just a simple test and var cycle should get me where I want to be. I'm not competing or ever plan on doing so, just enjoy lifting heavy ass weight and looking good:) I've never been able to see my abs my entire life so this cycle is dedicated to just that lol, going to do whatever it takes. The clen that I have is pharma grade, but I have a feeling it is bunk. I'm up to 60mcg's a day with no shakes or energy boost. If it is indeed bunk I'll just skip the clen and go for the eca stack! Thanks for your input! Can't wait to see the results in ten weeks!:D
 
Hey thanks for the log and damn I am feeling the same way about the NPP and how it is effecting my goals. You just confirmed I need to drop it. Once again thanks for sharing. Not that I do not like how my joints feel. I wonder if I just run a maintenance dose of Deca like 100mg a week if that keeps me feeling lubed but not the bloat.

The only reason initially I went with NPP/prop to cut is because many people said it worked great. I do have bad shoulders and felt no pain towards the end of the week while on it, but I was gaining and retaining a lot of water weight. The only way to know is to try it and thats what I did. It really comes down to your goals and diet, I am going to run the npp in the fall for a nice bulker! I've read many people run deca at low doses to get the benefits of the joint relief. Good luck man, I'd say if your goal is to cut down, drop the npp for now:)

I'd say go for it, great kicker, I doubt your cutting with deca thrown in, so the npp/prop mix would be great.
 
It depends on your goals brother. If your looking to bulk, that is a great cycle to run.

I actually cut with that cycle before and it somewhat worked. I was running EC along with 2-3 gallons a day and my water retention was actually pretty minimal.

Absolutely.

I started at 204 and finished at 218 before my PCT. 10 weeks later I probably was sitting around at 211 so I'm pretty happy with that.

I'm a firm believer that diet/genetics has much more effect on your physique than the compounds themselves, at least as far as water retention and whatnot are concerned.
 
Jets, paleeeez do yourself a favor and just go for the EC stack (skip the aspirin), I really think you'll love it! Shoot for 12.5 mg ephedra with 125 mg caffeine (1:10 ratio) every 2 hours-ish. Start with 4 doses of that per day and work all the way up to 8 if you so choose (6 total doses at those specs is the sweet spot for me). I've been having good results with keeping ephedra to a minimum while on gear and then going full boar through pct into off time, but its whatever works for you. Def give it a go if you want a hand uncovering those abs brother! Best of luck with progress!

Thanks Tarzan I'll definitely give it a go in a week or two, I'm going to give the clen a try, up to 100mcgs and barely any shakes. Probably won't ever run it again but I got to try everything:)

I think I may have crashed my E, I've never ran adex and at .5eod it hit me yesterday that my libido was gone, my joints were clicking and just feel like shit. So I'm stopping the adex for now. I switched over to my bio prop as well just to see if I feel any different on it than MFL's. Not saying that their prop is bunk but I didn't feel anything in almost 2 weeks time, could be my crashed E, I don't know just yet. I have no way of getting labs where I am so I can only go by "feel." Just going to wait and see, last time I ran bios prop I felt it in 2-3 days and it hit me hard! I'll report back on my finding's.

Pep's var seems good, today is the fourth day on it and I'm getting extremely vascular and some good pumps:) Pleased thus far with it.
 
I re-read my post above, I was in no way inferring that MFL's gear is underdosed/bunk. IMO they are a legit lab on here at the moment. I believe my crash has to do with NPP/adex use and the NPP most likely masked the effects of the prop and shut me down hard. I'm not prone to gyno either so I may just leave the adex out for a while. I'm just trying to get my levels back to normal asap:)
