PEP Test E 1st Cycle EVER

I understand that but you also said this last week you did three metabolic conditioning workouts, I imagine crossfit, as well as hitt...if I were you I would adopt a traditional lifting routein like a 5x5 or a 5/3/1 and do metabolic conditioning twice a week...belly fat is diet so get good calories. I like crossfit but it isn't going to get you strong unless you are super weak. The intensity is too high.

those are part of my training, the metcon i said 2xWeek is crossfit wods.
so the other 3days i just row HIIT, 3-4 mins hard, 1 min easy. or tabata or 30/60/90 intervals.
i train M-T-W-T-F, squats-bench-deadlift-overhead-different kind of squat.
in all these i add bodyweight exercises so the fact im lighter now they are easier for me. and for finisher i HIIT or metcon. oh in my weight program i hit heavy(at least for me) 5x5.
 
anyway my gear just came in.
although i had high fever yesterday and wont be attending the gym for at least today
i thing i should go ahead and try my 1st pin today.

1shot yesterday evening, went ok, slight pip.
today training.
squats 80kg 5x5
overhead press 40kg 5x5
deadlift 120kg 1set x 5reps
and hit for finisher 10 sets 30/30 on row, 10 mins
 
2shot today. hit right delt. i can feel it more as the time passes.
i again miscalculated from terumo to slin pin so i injected 0.8ml
this time.. pfff

Also training today. Squat 50/60/70/80/90kg x 5reps, 1repmax for Clean Squat 80kg
HIIT interval 60/60 16mins. then 3rounds of 20pull ups/30push ups/40sit ups/50air squat. i almost fainted..
 
Hey, fairly new here, anxious to get in my first run.
Im gonna run peps test E
i got 3 10ml vials and and being a first timer does anyone have any suggestion about the dosages and weeks (its 300mg/ml)
i have 2 theories, i can either go 600mg per week for 15weeks
or i can go on a much longer lower dosage cycle. like 300mg 2weeks on/ 2 weeks off etc. that could take 60weeks. LOL 14months LOL
ill have some blood tests up and running, cause i got surgery 2days ago and i had em run tests for thyroid and test. what more blood tests do i need?

I've spoken with some friends and people online and most of them told me that anything above 500mg/wk for starters is too high (at least for my age). As for your second option that sounds like a blast and cruse length so might as well do that if you know what you're doing.

To be fully honest with you though op, i say do a little more research before pinning, it wont do you any harm. Also i'm curious to what PCTs/AI you're running.

i decided to go 600mg/week for 15weeks.
i have letro for on cycle, im using 1,25mg per week/unless i get itchy neeples in that case im gonna up the dose.
for PCT i got the standard.
clomiphene citrate 50mg per day weeks 18-21
Nolvadex 20mg per day weeks 18-21

I am peculiar, but why do you call it a squat clean. I never understood that, a clean has a squat, a power clean is a clean above parallel. Please don't take this as me being a dick.

power clean, clean squat, hang power clean
we have a saying in my country, what you learn depends on the teacher,

I am thinking about starting a Wendrel 5/3/1 for all the big moves.
i have my maxes so i can start right away. i was using 5x5 stronglifts before
but now 3times squat per week its very straining to my legs.
just gonna add clean n jerk along with snatch.
pull ups, dips , push ups, handstand push ups, core
and HIIT along with wods.
Also its been 5 days i pinned my 1st but i am having some crazy boners and crazy sex dreams.
 
although i think i lost a bit of weight training goes well,
yesterday had ring dips, which i got better,
rope climbs, farmer walk
some core exercises
and finally a closer WOD that killed me.
i was smoking afterwards, i left a print of sweat from my buttchicks:)
 
crazy training today, they had me take a step to the next lvl.
it was more difficult than it seemed.
trained everything again today.
strength back squat and bench press. wendrel 5/3/1
week1. and many supplementaries exercises.
its 3rd week now i pinned left delt and went to training.
it now hurts which is really bad, maybe there is something wrong with my technique. i am beggining to think that a lot. cause 1st 2 shots were painless after injection.
 
Not sure if I asked you in previous threads but are you runnin blood labs during cycle?

I forget who posted it but someone else posted their test e labs. Looked good to go. But I'm sure it'll be helpful to you to know how much is in ur system and helpful to other members.

it will also help me see at what levels is my E so i can adjust my anastrozole dose.
 
just passed 3rd week. i have been feeling better lately at general.
i feel more confident and im not sleepy all day and tired.
at the gym i cant say about strenght but my endurance is raised.
i ve been hitting the gym 5 times a week. diet WAS clean.
in the weekend i felt the need to have 2 cheat days LOL
chocolate, bisquits and some fastfood. though i reach my protein goal i surely got tons of carbs and fats.
today strict again.
i am keeping my diet at 2500cal but i have gained 4-5pounds the past 2 weeks
currently at 198pounds. although i my weight is up, i steel feel more veins popping out which means bodyfat is in check and dropping maybe.
