Nolva Log While On Effexor

I figured i might as well start a log on this since i started my PCT yesterday. Tamoxifen acts adversely with anti-depressants, some more than other. Im on Effexor myself, the anti-depressant they've claimed to be the least impacted by Nolvadex usage. So i took my shot with it and Im here to report it.

*Note: If you are on any other SSRI's Zoloft, Prozac i.e. i wouldn't recommend Nolvadex usage at all

Considering this is day two I'll start now.

When i miss a dose of Effexor i get this strange light headedness and it feels like my equilibrium is off. Well its day two, i took 40mg Nolva earlier today at 1:00 its now 11:45pm and 2.5 hours after my last effexor dose of 75mg.

It feels like i have missed a dose, but its not the same light headed dizziness i've experienced prior. This one is almost kind of fun...but im quite concerned as well..

I'll report back later.

Keep in mind that Nolva has a half life of 7 days and it takes about that long for it to be at full strength.

Yes this should be an interesting ride...I've felt normal today, i actually slept well last night which i was not expecting to do at all.

nolva dose was at 1:00 again effexor dose will be taken now at 6:30 pm

I only get the light headedness after i take the effexor..by the way this is extended release.

By the time morning comes im fine, i sleep well surprisingly. When i miss a dose and get the same light headedness i usually dont sleep at all. I kick, throw punches, chew on my lips and tounge and have insane dreams. This is not the case however.

Good luck bro. I was on Effexor prior to TRT. It didn't really do much besides make me not care much about anything. TRT was the answer for me but the regular docs didn't go that route. Anti aging clinic did. Anyway, from a fellow "Effexorer" (took Lexapro also), good luck.

Was on effexor for 5 years. Have fun coming off if/when you decide to..was a horrible 6 months. Anyway..keep us updated, curious how this goes.

Day #8

The light headedness later on in the nights, about an hour or so after my daily dose of effexor, has subsided. The only thing now though is my sleep patter. I have felt restless the past three nights. Sleep in an hour or two hour intervals, three if im lucky. Im wide awake right now and i have to be at work in 2.5 hours

Since the nolva is fully in my system i guess its safe to say this is the culprit of the problem. But then again it could still be external sources, time will tell. Im hoping that it is.



And any of you guys that were on effexor did you ever PCT while on it? How were your ailments or lack there of?

Effexor never affected me in a negative sense except starting and stopping. Starting I got nausea and a little vertigo. Stopping, I wiened myself off my opening the capsules and dumping some out (more and more each week). I got vertigo coming off also. That's about besides while you're taking it, you can get wood but it takes you forever to orgasm. Sometimes I just give up. For real. Lol.

How long have you been on Effexor? These are symptoms that I experienced during the first 3 weeks of starting and stopping.

Tubesox, consider Torem. It doesn't effect the anti depressants at all. Nolvadex and antidepressants is not a good idea. Neither one will be working to their potential.
