8 hour ARMS!!

I will always believe that diet is 75% of gaining mass. People are always looking for that "secret workout". Gains are made from proper sleep and nutrition.
Another thing that bothers me are people who hate on gym rats or bodybuilders taking aas. Like oh he's not "natty broooo" or "I'm a natty bber, steroids are for losers". Well let me tell you something buddy, bodybuilding is where it is today because of gear. so piss off

Your correct, if you don't have a good diet, you have nothing to build off-of.
The Hater's don't bother me, the Lier's, do. The so-called Natural guys, who say that they're natural, and then fail a drug test.................JP

I'll get right on that my good friend and true Brother JP. Cause we need to take great care of you...We need more good bro's like you in the world.....AnalogMan

Rich's ex let the cat out of the bag on youtube. According to her, he got polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) injections in Mexico. PMMA is best described as an injectable implant - it's a solid material, not liquid like synthol and it's permanent.

I don't have a link but it's been widely reported on the net.

My first thought when I seen this guy was that his physique just does not look natural. I thought it look like he put a quart of oil in every muscle of his upper body.
It just looks disproportionate.

Yeah, he ruined what was a promising physique

Richs piana arms look bloated they're still huge, but they're not my style. Anyways I'm sure people can get a inch thickness in arms....its called a PUMP:D

Scientifically speaking, this is impossible. That much work on a single body part would induce atrophy from overtraining, not some kind of super-hypertrophy, even if you were to eat thousands of calories between the mini-workouts. Muscle fibers are only capable of so much without the use of AAS, and even then this couldn't happen this quickly.

This is definitely a publicity stunt. I guess it worked though, didn't it? Got us all talking about it! But stupid shit like this is why we see so many stupid workouts in the gym. A lot of people just think "well if a buff guy said it, it must be true!"

dam i got excited. any one have some great arm work outs?

in my opinion, you can never go wrong just keeping it simple. Hit exercises for the long head, short head and brachialis, respectively. Basic preacher curls and hammer curls are a tried and true training method for gainz. Slow and controlled negatives, hypertrophy range for reps (8-12) about five or six sets each exercise if your hitting them once a week, four if twice.

This is what me and every bodybuilder I personaly know does, and it works beautifully for off-cycle or natural workouts.

Have you ever seen Gregg Valentino with the 27" Arms.
I saw a Interview with him, from a lot of years ago, before he was arrested, and he said he worked his Arms, everyday............................JP
P.S.
Like crazy amounts of sets, everyday.

Gregg Valentino? The guy who's arms exploded and held the Guinness book of world records for worlds biggest arms? His training biceps had very little to do with his size. He used a crap load of synthol in his arms, and overused steroids for years and years.

Think about people you know who use AAS but don't want people to know that they do? When some kid in the gym see's a huge guy doing supersets and burnouts and 21's in the gym, (which are things that are great for workouts on cycle, but terribly inefficient while off one) they start doing that too, because they see the huge, ripped guy doing it, so it must work, right? Most people don't understand that those workouts only work well for people on cycle.

Similarly, When someone doesn't want to admit that their size and strength comes from steroids (and in Valentino's case, synthol) they just spout nonsense about their workout, just like Valentino did in the interview you watched. Hitting biceps every day is a bad idea, even on cycle. I seriously doubt that if Valentino knew what he was doing, or even had a competent coach, that he was hitting bi's hard every single day.

The funny thing about it is this douche bag STILL wont admit he ever used synthol... He claims he spot injected steroids but never injected synthol.. If you look at his pictures you can tell this is bullshit!!!
