I am 4 weeks into the cycle already. I was just lurking for a while and decided to post to get feedback on the cycle. So here are the stats so far:
The cycle:
Weeks 1-16 - Test prop 150mg EOD
Weeks 13-16 - Winny 50mg ED
Weeks 15-16 - Clen 100mcg ED
Weeks 18-20 Nolva and Clomid
Have Arimidex on hand in case
Starting Stats(just going to update my major lifts)
Weight - 171lbs (not sure of BF% - no calipers) 5'8'' , 26yo
Bench -260 - 265lbs X1
Squat - 495 X1
Military Press - 205 X1
Lat Pull Downs - 200 X1
4 Week Stats:
Weight - 182lbs
Bench - 265 X3
Squat - 515 X3
Military Press 225 X1
Lat Pull Downs - 220 X5
Goals:
Weight 195-200
Bench - 315X1
Squat - 600x1
Military Press - 250x1
Lat Pull Down - 280x1 (max out machine)
