PEP's Test e, 1st cycle ever.

Shoulders today, got a great workout, great pump, almost felt a little cramped but good, I've been doing a great job of hitting each individual head and not aggravating anything. getting a little extra acne recently, sex drive is normal though. I've not taken an Aromasin in a couple days with no puffy or itchy nips. how long does estrogen rebound usually take, I was taking an Aromasin daily but decided I wanted to go off all the ancillaries for a few days, see if I get any estrogen sides etc. I also skipped my hcg shot, again, just trying to verify that I'm injecting something and not just massage oil. The boys are a little soft but same size as before.

I've been eating about 3600-3700 calories this week so far. pounded two 3 entree plates from panda express tonight for dinner :-)

skipped the gym yesterday, I was just too tired, didn't get much sleep Thursday night and I felt rundown.

Still no weight gain and I ate progressively more this week than the last. so far I've averaged about 3700 calories/ day this week.
weeks average macros:
115g fat
396g carbs
264g protein
as apposed to last week:
104g fat
304g carbs
224g protein

I'm taking 3 days of rest again this weekend but if anyone has any input I'd be greatly appreciated.
I've seen some say they need 2g protein per lb body weight when on cycle, that just seems excessive to me based on the studies I've read but obviously my expertise is failing me so chime in!

I do feel that I could use some extra sleep, I'm averaging about 8 hours, a little broken up but pretty descent sleep overall.

water intake is over 1 gallon

I'm training low reps, high weight, no cardio, trying not to burn extra calories.

not too stressed.

all quality real foods, I don't even have more than a few protein shakes / week.
I do try to have some chocolate milk or a bannana and goat when shake after my workouts to get some sugars in for an insulin response.

my lifts are pretty strong, I hit an incline bench pr this week as mentioned a couple days ago.

I went pretty heavy on squats Thursday although not as deep as I'd like on the sets over 225 as I didn't have a spotter.

If I was not taking anything I'd be happy with my progress but considering I am I'm feeling that things are falling short of where they should be.

Sounds exactly like my current experience. I've been at 4k cals this week with no weight gain. Gonna bump it up again next week.
 
yea, I'm a little over 2 weeks behind you, It'll be 7 weeks in a couple days. I've not gained weight in about 2 weeks, my cycle started out great on a calorie deficit but has stalled bad.
any updates on your most recent blood draw?

Sounds exactly like my current experience. I've been at 4k cals this week with no weight gain. Gonna bump it up again next week.

First time I did it this week was Wednesday, got the results Thursday. I figured I'd get the results from yesterday back today....but then I forgot that it's a weekend. So I guess I'll have them early Monday morning.

Sucks because I was really anxious.
 
Yea, Monday makes sense. I'd be chompin' at the bit too man!

I've been on PEPs test c for 6 weeks now. Eating cleaner and no weight gain for me also. I've been eating 3.5-4k cals myself. It's strange seeing a lot of people not gaining weight.

Also so mention, this is my first test cycle too!

So in short, all of us on our first cycles are terrified of eating too much. Let's get it together guys!
 
You're the 2nd person to say the c is not working.
not looking good for all of us on Pep's gear. As if particulates wasn't enough. I hope I'm wrong but things just don't feel right, I wish I knew what things were supposed to feel like on a given dose of test.
