12 week Astro Test E 500mg ew, Tues/Fri 250mg
Aromosin on hand , planning on taking the caps and splitting them up into 12.5mg and taking the powder 2x ew starting week 2?
Clomid / Nolva for PCT, week 15-18 ? will copy a sensible schedule for it.
Also have one 5000iu HCG bottle I will incorporate into the last 4-5 weeks of the Test cycle.

Will be using 23 to draw, and 25 to pin. I got 1'' needles, just took my first pin to right glute, totally painless, but could see the need for a longer needle to my suprise. I got some 29 gauge 1/2 '' for the hcg.


what else to add. Im 32 just turned, first cycle. Been working out off and on for a decade, but trained for 2 years 3-4 days a week hard, up until Jan of 2013, when I injured myself in the gym. Let me re state, I aggravated a already present injury to my lower lumbar that I wasnt aware of. I had a major instability in the L4 , due to two spinal fractures, called pars defects. Very small amount of humans have these par defects and I was lucky enough to be blessed with the deformity. Anywasys I was forced to take 8 /9 months off, but still rode a recumberant bike like the wheels where gunna fall off, and maintained good core strength through non invasive PT exercises, and stretches. Then I was split from mid back to butt,and fused by a world class surgeon, who employed bone morphegenic proteins to assure a good fusion rather than a hip graph, and he tighed everything together with titanium hardware, and disc spacers. Looks like I hired a excellent architect wen looking at my imaging. I returned to PT, and core strenghtening at 1mo post, at 2mo I was working out lightly, and at 3mo training hard again at the gym. Im 6mo post op actually 2days ago. I just had all my labs pulled, and seen my surgeon, and discussed my fusion , which he says is 100% g2g. We even discussed AAS.
He was very curious about it, as its not his area of expertise. He one word of caution for me , was he was only worried that I would grow too strong too fast, and try to move heavy , heavy weight; potentially tweaking something , and having a setback. His theory , as well as mine, is High intensity, High rep, Lighter safer weight. He also added he isnt a fan of my doing any olympic lifts. NO deads , until Im one year out he says, and he is ok with my light squating in the cable assisted cage.

My former Bests are around bench:285 x 5
Squats 315 x 5
Deads 365 x 5
never been a huge fan of one rep max's always stayed away from that honestly.
But with this injury I wont be squating a whole lot of weight, maybe 100-200 tops. higher reps. More isometric holds.

Diet: has been pretty clean the last 2mo, no soda, no fast food whatsoever. Had a pizza last weekend and felt guilty. Will be needing to formulate a plan, but Im stocked up on oatmeal, fruits, veggies, eggs, chicken and white fish like tapatia. Will try to get 5-6 meals in smaller portions in everyday.

Something like :
Meal 1 : 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cup of oatmeal, banana
meal 2: greek yogurt, almonds
meal 3: 6oz chicken breats, 1 cup brown rice, 12oz gatorade
gym
meal 4: 60g protien shake
meal 5: 6oz chicken breast, salad , veggies, 1cup brown rice
Meal 6: greek yogurt, 1cup brown rice, 30g protien shake

havent researched counting macro, and how to compose my diet enough and will spend this weekend dialing it in, rest assured Im ocd. I take pre made food to work , as I set Tile F/T as well.

Not sure what else to add but Im excited as hell fam, ill provide some gear porn, and a starter pic from last month . So excited I forgot to draw with the 23 and load the 25. started drawing with the 25, and seemed to take a minute or so, but wasnt too difficult. thought Id need the wife to plunge it, but gave it a go , and didnt feel a damn thing.

Any feedback is welcome! would love to hear thoughts on my aro, and also the pct schedule as it nears.

Finally someone just running test as a first cycle. Everything looks good man I'll be following! Hopefully you stay injury free.

Thanks SerraJitsu! I almost threw in a low dose of deca, as it seemed great for joints , but i have what i have now, and i have a goal in mind, and I was ready to pin, so here it is. Also keeping it simple so i know if i have test sides is clearly a good idea.

I had my labs pulled, ill post em when they arrive . doc said my free test was 510. somewhere in the middle

K, well thought id add, that first pin went very smooth. was going to have my wife do it, but I ended up being the only free hand, did a glute shot upper outside of muscle like ive watched on youtube. Used a 25 to draw and pin, took forever to draw. I have 23's but guess I forgot during the excitment. shot was smooth as butter.
5-7 hours latter I pip, butt is soar, and couldnt sleep on the one side. off to work .. Good day bros
 
I would suggest taking aromasin everyday, it'll help you keep estro levels more stable. I found 4mg a day to be a good dose for me, and start around week 3.

I prefer a 23 gauge pin, you don't have to push as hard to get the oil out. Also suggest using 1.5" pins for the glute, 1": is a little short for the glute.

PCT, 2 weeks after last pin Clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20

get pre cycle. mid cycle, and after PCT blood work.

use the femal hormone panel from privatemdlabs.com

looks like a solid first cycle... enjoy ,:)

Sound advice; burr I appreciate it man! I got labs pulled before my first pin. . .. they called me and said my free test was 510, not sure on my LH, or E but they are mailing the results.

the Aromosin i appreciate the heads up, as Im unsure of how to dose it still ... there 25mg caps, I was told they can be split, but unsure how to Fourth them up in to quarters. maybe a m-f pill holder will work to split them up idk. I wasnt intending on starting them until the long ester is truly working in my blood, so 2-3weeks. not sure about every day, eod or e3d sounded better to me, but im unsure of the effects yet

the pins, I bought a shyt load of 1'' 23/25 gauge, so if 1.5 is what i need i think i can just slide by this time with the shorter needle and push harder. and maybe do alot of delt shots once I warm up to that area. ima stick with glutes for a cple more shots though.

also I have some hcg ill use towards week 9-13/14 before my pct. I have some 29 gauge 1/2'' for that ...

Dont know if it was mental , but I took that first pin late afternoon yesterday, and felt some extra energy, almost a body high, not sure if that was ''real''. Then had a hard time sleeping on the right side /right glute do to some light pip.

Yes sir!! I think it was all mental, but I felt like i beast in the gym just now. was chest and tri day, and I looked blown up, could see veins in my arms through my shirt. lol .probably mostly mental
 
second glute shot just went down. this time used a 23 to draw, and backloaded a 25. honestly thats a pain, think i lost a wee bit of the oil doing that. the 25 goes in like butter literally cannot feel the pin. so i might just use the 23 to draw and pin.

I didnt have really any PIP, but just a soar butt like a bruised muscle from my tues pin, and the soarness has lasted up till today...

think im going to place a quick order , and get 1 10ml of test prop (to finish cycle off, so i dont have to wait so long for pct), 1 10ml of test E, in case I run low on the 3 bottle i have, and 1 10 ml of deca, cause id like to add a small therapeutic dose in for my joints. .. .

I like to load my syringe with a 20 gauge, then remove that needle and replace it with a 23 gauge. Even just poking through the top of the vial will dull the needle a little bit, so I like having a brand new 23g to poke into my skin.

yeah that actually may work good for me, is just replacing the needle tips instead of backloading a new syringe. . .thanks
 
not alot to update on.

I switched it up this morning from tues /fri pinz to mon /thur, Im a week n half in, 3rd pin.

PiP on second pin was noticeably increased from not warming oil slightly.

Have some Deca Im going to run with it @ a very low dose when it gets here, so most likeley 100mg ew 2-10 or 12. Also have some Prop I may use to taper off Test E towards the end.

wondering if any1 has any advice on the Deca, after loading my pin with test e, I assume I can pin into the deca and draw with same syringe? Is deca more stable at 2x week or is it ok ew once?

Also is there any advantage to dropping the test E for prop at the end to potentially start PCT earlier, or will the deca still have me ass'd out for 3 weeks?

Planning on starting my aro on week 3 ish, maybe 4? was thinking of cutting caps in half, and taking 12.5 mg on the 2 days a week I pin ? sound good ?

Havent really noticed any gains either way, scale has fluctuated between 174-178 , however my BF% seems to be going down around my abs for sure, as Ive been eating right and doing my cardio on point to drop it for last cple months, starting to see that effect for sure...

alright its week 2... ive decided to change up a bit, even thou most reccomend a light test e or c cycle for first one, im going to run test e for 2 additional weeks so , 14 weeks, and im going start deca up at 300mg a week for 10 weeks. :rolleyes:
 
Ok week 3 starting tomorrow but I have to be at work crack of dawn so took my test 250mg/ deca 150mg tonight ...
I have played around with some bros idea to suspend my aromasin in oil so I can dose less of it , but i think ima sit on it for a minute .
I have 10 dex 1mg pills , I think I'll grab a pill cutter tommorrow , and fourth them . Then start taking .25 mg eod or mon wed fri .
Nothing extremely noticeable to report .
 
You have a great foundation on your body tile especially for a natty very impressive. You look better than 3/4 of gym rats on juice at my geographic area right now.

You should look into your diet a bit, You know your body best so you should look into what works best for you as far as carb and fat consumption. But definitely look into higher protein intake maybe with breakfast at the least.

Im a big fan on first cycles, brings back memories of those virgin receptors and some of the best times of my life inside a gym where all i ate, inhale, and shitted was iron. If you could of hold off the deca to spare the cash would be great, you'll make great gains off test alone, then hit pct some time off and get back into the mix with a test, deca dbol cycle. But its up to you, your choice is good too.
