As much memory and certain workouts are coming back to me. My back surgery really fucked me up for a minute, dont wish that shit on many. just a select few :D

You have a great foundation on your body tile especially for a natty very impressive. You look better than 3/4 of gym rats on juice at my geographic area right now.

You should look into your diet a bit, You know your body best so you should look into what works best for you as far as carb and fat consumption. But definitely look into higher protein intake maybe with breakfast at the least.

Im a big fan on first cycles, brings back memories of those virgin receptors and some of the best times of my life inside a gym where all i ate, inhale, and shitted was iron. If you could of hold off the deca to spare the cash would be great, you'll make great gains off test alone, then hit pct some time off and get back into the mix with a test, deca dbol cycle. But its up to you, your choice is good too.

Dper, im blushing lmao. but really that makes me feel good as hell man, especially being i took a solid year off with this fuck of a low back injury. Im back though and feeling good . its funny im starting to see definition that wastn there before after the last 3mo straight 5days a week in the gym, and i know that part is natural. I see bros working with heavier weight than me, and they dont look as swoll so something must be right.

with that being said i took these pics last week on week 1.5 into cycle. whats a log with out pics!!!!

i should add as well if it aint one thing its another, my back is hurting less n less , acutally really no low back pain to speak of, cept a bit of presure when i do light squats or hack squats. But I always knew something was fucked up with my left knee, and after mon/fri leg days that fucker kills me, today i wore a brace in the gym, and it felt much better. been massaging my patella and stretching like a jacked up yoga hoe. aww the beauty of aging. hopefully i can put my ibprophen away once this deca kicks. :eek:
 
dont know if this is normal, but the muscle in my glutes that im taking my pinz in on my right side is turning into a freakish muscle when I flex my glutes. I read somewhere that the pinz spots can become swollen to some extent, but this seems like muscle if i push around on it, and it seems like I say real freakishly dense. tommorrow is end of week 3 for me, ill be taking a virign delt shot to change things up.

been getting some nice workouts in for sure, feeling pretty damn good. :D
 
Ok End of week 3 is here . Think I'm seeing some changes . I have veins that have risin in my biceps and tris that weren't visable until last cple days. My arms have a pump that hasn't gone away since back and bicep . day on Tuesday of last week

beggining of week 4 is upon me, I dont like waking up early for work so i just took my mon pin. test 250mg, and deca 150mg. so 1.5cc been succesffully rotating my delts in to it. so glutes, and delts so far, might add thighs and biceps if i get the inspiration.
my workouts are looking more and more beastly, i do my legs and my arms get a wicked pump. veins are more notcible, and my arms especially are seemingly staying swollen more than ever before. I work out for a hour and half, and still seem to want more. soreness seems to not hit as hard. libido has always been crazy, so i dont know that is has been more than usual, but its steady enough to have stayed just the same as when I was 13.
Im trying to really get good 20-30 min stretches everyday as well, as its super important for me to have my core and limberness dialed in , as after back surgery my hams, and calf tendons, are super fucking tight. Pelvic all the way down was realigned when they lifted my spine up causing the tightness.
I do notice since adding the deca to my pin routine, the extra 1/2cc or the compound altogether has a bit more bite than the test alone thats for sure. arm feels like a flu shot right away after the pin. however not so bad after a few minutes...
overall im pretty impressed thus far and its just starting. if i had to do it again, i would have used prop to get into the cycle much quicker that is for sure.

feeln pretty jacked, however today i feel almost sick, lethargic and tired for no apparent reason. Im only on .25mg of dex eod, so i dont think it could be my e but i feel like shyt. struggled to run a mile in the gym , and took off from work at 1p, and slept from 3-4pm till 7 just now.
however the crazy pumps are continuing at the gym. I was doing dumbell stepups, and my arms looked so damn swollen it was nutz. :eek:
 
Sounds like the deca is peaking its head in the door. Deca will make cardio harder. Your body will adapt broski no worries. Except cardio will stay hard lol. Sleep = Grow, this is good.

planning on going 10 weeks @300mg ew with the deca, going 12 with test e @500ew, and i think i might use some prop to go 12-14 to make the transistion to pct faster
 
Well I'm actually only 3 weeks n 2 days into my test cycle and about a week n half w/ my deca seems like it's been longer ... So cple more weeks until my levels have peaked right ?
 
week 3.5 update picture

Heres a update, after laying around and resting all day, no pump, no gym today. infact im hungry now 24/7 and as i rested today and napped I ate all fucking day. feeling currently bloated as fuck lol
