How long does HGH last once mixed at room temp?

Ive seen the Janoshik report of GH losing almost 50% potency after being reconstituated and left at room temperature for 6 days, but do you think 12-16 hours @ room temp will have much of a degradation effect? Cant really find any info on how quickly it starts degrading

Looking for an answer here as well; I'm going to be traveling on train soon and will be carrying some prefilled HGH syringes with me (in an insulin cooler bag). I wonder how long I have before it starts to deteriorate...

it was a ridiculous question imo , but then again if people did "more research " they would most likely answer there own questions
If its so ridiculous i'd be more than happy to hear your answer, considering theres another thread running on a somewhat similar topic it seems its a question that people want an answer too

i obviously don't have an answer, as it appears no one else does either , limited at best anyway, im eager for learning more about this too,,,,,

Fig.1
hGH stability in Tris and phosphate buffers (0.05 M, pH=7.4) analyzed by HPLC and ELISA tests. A. At 5 ± 2℃ and B. At 37 ± 1℃. hGH; Human growth hormone, HPLC; High performance liquid chromatography, and ELISA; Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay

See the phosphate buffer data sets at 5 deg C and 37 deg C:

Cool data as they give you the HPLC and ELISA responses.

You could try to interpolate these data to get an effective rate constant at 25 deg C for both physical and chemical degradation (try typical Arrhenius plot and it's a straight line as only two data points).

See those bumps work. If I get a chance I will do the 25 deg C analysis for that above and beyond service I know Meso has come to expect.
I'm not very good at interpreting the data, so please correct me if I'm wrong, but it appears that in the 2c graph GH begins to lose a significant chunk of its potency at 3 days?!
