Nice to meet yall, need some help on fertility stuff

Hey everyone,

I'm a 34-year-old man planning to propose to my girlfriend next month in Hawaii. She wants to have a baby, but I'm concerned because I've been on TRT for a while and have a history of steroid abuse. I've only been running TRT through a clinic for a few years, but my recent semen analysis results were poor (details below).

My TRT Clinic prescribed:

• Test CYP - 200mg 1x week
• Enclomiphene citrate 25mg - 2x a week
• Anastrozole - 1mg tablet on the Enclomiphene only day

In May i stopped taking enclomiphene & anastrozole and started using hCG (500iu 3x week) from a different source.

My doctor (Kaiser) won't prescribe it due to my trt use, and my trt clinic can't send hCG into CA.

After a month on hCG, my semen analysis showed 100% immotile sperm, despite normal semen volume and pH levels. Here are the detailed results:

• Semen Volume: 1.6 mL (Normal: >=1.5 mL)
• Viscosity: Normal
• Liquefaction: Normal
• pH: 8.5 (Normal: >=7.2)
• Sperm Motility: 0% (Normal: >=40%)
• Progressive Motility: 0% (Normal: >=32%)
• Immotile Sperm: 100%

I'm seeking advice on the fastest way to improve my fertility. I'm open to stopping TRT if necessary but would like to know if increasing hCG or adding HMG would help. I've been getting endless advice from Reddit.

I am 34, in CA, I have two golden retrievers, love working out, and being out in nature.

One thing work very well is proviron, all my clients with fertility problems had used it and solve the problem 100%

I didn't realize how old this thread was. I'll share my story in case it can help someone else.

I'm going to be less verbose to convey quicker.

30 years old, blast and cruise 10 years straight no HCG no HMG, no breaks, no nothing. lots of progestins, lots of the time. high doses, low doses everything. low dose tren for a year or a bit more straight (75mg).

jan 2023 to jun 2023 heaviest blast ever. lots of tren.

july 2023 come off everything except test gh. add hcg, a lot everyday.

august 2023 add hmg, a lot every day.

november 2023 get SA at lab. almost nothing. couldn't quantify how much but some. continue protocol, add enclomiphene

jan 2024 get SA at fertility doc lab. fuck. get off all test. only HCG + HMG + enclomiphene + proviron + GH + tirz + reta

march 2024 get SA at fertility doc lab. fuck. same protocol.

April 2024 get SA at fertility doc lab. substantial improvement. same protocol.
early may 2024 get depressed and discouraged. start abusing amps. eat 100s of pints of ice cream. stop working out completely. stop entire protocol except for enclomiphene.

July 2024 stop abusing amps. get my shit back together. add back GH. stay on enclomiphene.

July 2024 i start to feel a slight libido again and minor drive for sex. . even though we think chance of pregnancy tiny based on april sperm count, we realize things are rebounding and getting better. decide to start nutting inside when we have sex during her window. she tracks with oura ring and some other app and has been gathering data for a year so we have her cycle nailed down and she knows exactly when we gotta get that sperm inside of her.

august 2024 omg she's pregnant what in the flying fuck how the fuck. she felt off, took a test, and at that point she would be 3.5 weeks along

late august 2024 i get back on stuff. start HCG + HMG

early sept 2024 get sperm analysis done at fertility lab. 62 million per ml. 347million total. 168 million total motile sperm count.
