Janoshik Analytical laboratory testing services

So you have confidence in the previous results for oil based products?

Thanks for the update.
I've referred my worries to the lab we subcontract the analyses to right away, as soon as we've started working with a different matrix. Long before worries were voiced here.

Given they are very well aware that when we are not satisfied with the quality of data they are contractually obliged to fully refund us, while bearing all costs incurred, I believe they've paid heed to all that.

Sorry if this has already been answered, but I’ve got a few questions:

1: for testing raw tadalafil and exemestane, what weight do you need?
2: is a transparent sealed bag sufficient for storing the raws?
3: does the tadalafil testing on raws show a purity percentage?
4: I am looking to do the AAS screening for exemestane raws. Is the AAS screening the correct one still?
5: is the difference between “AAS quantitative” and “AAS identification” that one comes with a purity percentage? And if so, does this apply to exemestane raws?

1) absolute minimum 2 mg. 200 mg optimum
2)in a dark cold place, for most purposes, yes
3)yeah
4) yeah
5)yes and yes

Cheers

@Ghoul

Does the answer mean that he (jano) is satisfied with the data/results/tests conducted?
Sorry I am a retard you will have to spell it out for me, lol

P.s. sorry I selected the wrong message by you to reply to, but it’s the one you have tagged Ghoul about

Failure rates for endotoxin and tamc+tymc the way we do it are indeed quite low, roughly 5%.

It's mostly peptides failing, though

So to confirm, you have had finished oils fail for endotoxins and sterility (one or both)?

Endotoxin failures?
Sterility failures?

Perhaps explaining the method extension used to recover endotoxins from the oil matrix would be helpful as well.

Yes, but I am unsure whether it was a real world samples, or purposefully tainted ones to 'test' me. They certainly did raise an eyebrow of mine.

About oil matrix, I believe that was answered by my team and they've relayed the answer from the lab we outsource the tests to right now?

About which method exactly we will be using, so far we don't know. We'll see what works the best for us.

Yes, I did post the email from your team above. If it included a method extension for the oil matrix I missed it. The links were to USP standard and the vendor test kit info. Frankly, trying to get this info for the community while being shit on as a troll here is getting frustrating and becoming more trouble than it is worth.

Thanks for sharing the additional data points and I wish you success as you bring the assay in house.

Please, do let my team know the provided information was insufficient and that you kindly request more details and they'll get it from our contract. Thank you.

Thanks for the offer. I'll let someone else take this over and do some work for the community.

I don't see a huge amount of interest but maybe in the future. I see mostly alot of questions about shipping and when the packs will arrive lol.

It was nice working with you last few months. Happy New Year.
