Haven’t tried Reta, but I’ve been on Tirz for almost a year now.
I’ve always struggled with insulin resistance, but once I got on Tirz, all my labs came back perfect - probably one of the best decisions I’ve made.
The upside with Reta is that you can actually eat on it, unlike Tirz where appetite suppression can be intense until you dial in the dose.
One thing to watch for: Reta can cause some skin sensitivity in the beginning, but that usually goes away with time.

Skin sensitivity. That’ll be interesting if that happens.
Just trying Reta to see if it improve my glucose well enough to keep my reactive hypoglycemia at bay. It’s quite annoying!

I was curious and did some looking on Reta thinking it must be just around the corner. However the way things are going, the best case scenario is it may get approved in 2027 if it does get approved. Triz ATM seems to be the best bet if you are looking for a stable proven product.

it is for sure a common side effect. bright side, is that it let’s you know it’s working, since the food noise affect is nowhere near that of Tirz.

To barely 150 if I’m lucky. Went low carb/low glycemic. Recently, sucks.
So a stronger “blocker” for hunger/cravings could be a good idea. I’m 6’3 & do demoltion + lift. Starving every 1.5 hours on a normal diet.

i’d def look into Tirz if appetite suppression if a primary goal. Reta is know to have the least “food noise” suppression of three most popular peptides in that class. it shines in other areas and has proven very effective. but if appetite is out of control, Tirz may be the better option. a lot of folks run both Tirz and Reta for that reason. but if you haven’t tried either, you’d prob get more benefit initially w Tirz.
But Tirz will not fix his reactive hypoglycemia

Yeah it’s a bitch.
Endocrinologist has no clue as of right now.
Never had problems & then it randomly started happening. Fit and healthy except for that.

apologies. i came to the party late. i shouldn’t have offered anything with hypoglycemia on the docket. i was sharing what i knew from a totally different lane. i can’t offer much experience with that.

Successful and fast td 9 days total for international order to Greece. Had to pay 13 euro for import fees but that was the least of my worries.

My Coinbase were closed this week....
Probably to many transactions with a lot of different adresses.
I know some are using Exodus wallet as a waypoint, I Will be trying Trust wallet as a waypoint, so there is just one adress showing up in my new (Coinbase app=>) Kraken =>Exodus/Trust (= a non Kyc wallet) =>Vendor...
But I'm no expert, please correct me if I am wrong

coinbase/binance/kraken > > electrum wallet > vendor
you can even send it to another address in the electrum wallet and then to vendor
