When I try to remove the cap, the rubber stopper comes off with it. That exposes the contents to air and risks contamination. Out of 10 vials, I’ve tested 3 so far and 2 had this issue.

I’ve contacted Gary and I’m waiting for a response or a possible solution.

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you handle it?

Ive had this happen with SSA oils, just re-filtered it as usual and into my own vials.
For peps you're screwed tho.
You can recon the peps and then store all in 1 good vial.

Unfortunately I don't have empty vials laying around. If I order and do the transfer you think it's going to be ok? Until then I should just store the problematic ones, right?

it normally takes 12-18 days. Right now it’s taking longer because of the holiday hustle.
