Blood Levels from Test Injections

Hello,

Can someone please explain why different people need different amounts of Test just to get their blood levels in the high-normal range. For example, someone might need 75mg a week, another person needs 100mg a week, and yet another person needs 150mg a week and yet all three have relatively the same blood levels. Assuming all three are on the same test ester why can this happen?Clearly all three are getting different amounts of test into their blood, so why is it possible for these three guys to have the same levels?Does lifestyle or age have anything to do with it? Thanks

Hell this is easy we are all not the same some are more stressed then others and I feel if your stressed bad your body will eat up the t meds and it will take much more to get you levels up.

Yeah, but for example test cyp has a half life of around 12 days and I dont think it can really change due to stress. So wont the amount of test getting used be the same for everyone?

I think for most it is 8 days even half life is different from on person to the other. Say your levels are at 600 and you get a bad bladder infection most don't know they have this until it goe into the kidenys. So if you get tested with this bad infection your levels are going to be way down. Because your body is using it up to help fight the infection. Been there done that.

Thanks pmgamer18. So I guess the answer is that different people use T at different rates with stress being a main factor.

Wow, it's as simple as that huh? lol

I have a post dealing with nandrolone pharmacokinetics which will help explain the differences and similarities observed with intramuscular injections. The link is below.

https://thinksteroids.com/community/posts/476762#post476762

Also, the following articles are free and address intramuscular nandrolone kinetics.
http://jcem.endojournals.org/cgi/content/full/90/5/2624
http://jpet.aspetjournals.org/cgi/content/full/281/1/93

The following free article addresses differences in metabolism.
http://www.clinchem.org/cgi/content/full/50/2/355

I gave a mnemonic on the post - MADE - which puts into easy categories how a drug is handled by the body. M- Metabolism; A - Absorption; D - Distribution; E - Excretion. (The actual physiological order is ADME) In the case that you are citing the variable that would probably fluctuate the most is D - Distribution.

Peace

Mike
