dnp again, and again...

hey guys, so this is my 5th time running dnp. i swear i was addicted to it the last time, i just kept taking it even though i had achieved incredible results because i was afraid i would gain again. but i still have some questions even after running it many times (all from same source, top quality)..how many calories should i be taking in daily? i am eating so very clean except for the occasional sip of gatorade or handful of grapes or apple (i am having intense fruit cravings). i feel so lethargic i am sure from both the dnp and probably because i am not eating enough. i maxed out at 6 caps a day the last time (250mg each supposedly) and i was SO INCREDIBLY lethargic i could not even walk. so i am just doing 4 caps each now. thanks dudes. and please, nobody ask any source questions, i think thats a rule or something.
 
I would go with maintenance calories. Yogurt always helps me with the lethargy.
1200mg of D a day is scary man, don't forget about the half life. That amount is pushing it. I read your down to 4 caps now tho.

thanks bro i appreciate the response. does it matter what kind of yogurt i have? i activia and stuff and also that greek yogurt really expensive stuff really good with honey. thanks bro let me know
 
Na doesn't matter what kind. I usually just get the big bulk pack at Costco. To help combat the lethargy chow down on a bunch of fruit like pineapples, oranges, and grapes. Also keep them antioxidants high. If you been super lethargic your probably dehydrated.

Also bro you might want to revamp your dosing. I like to stay at 600mgs a day for cycles longer than 10 days. It really keeps the lethargy down and you still get awesome results. With D more is not always better.
 
yo bros, is it okay to drink a small bottle of gatorade through out the day or something with a little sugar so i get some energy? i really cant drink water 24/7, i just cant. let me know. thanks
 
Yeah definately. Try that V8 V-Fusion stuff bro, the flavor is alright but it's an ideal bevarage while your on a cycle of D.
Intake of fructose is cool man it helps replenish liver glycogen consumed by D and I doubt it hinders that much more fatloss.

Basically bro you can pig out on a bunch of fruit and sugary drinks as long as you get the recommended water consumption along with it and not be dying from lethargy and still be losing weight. You'll feel so much better.

My first cycle I ate super clean, which sounds like what your doing and drank nothing but water. Lethargy really sucked that cycle. Second cycle same dose, same length but added a massive amount of fruit and fruit juice. Had plenty of energy and I had lost 4 pounds more then the first cycle with the same amount of exercise. That probably wont be the same for you but just something to think about.
 
I like the V8 fusion idea. I've been having a V8 in the morning and low calorie gatorade throughout the day. I feel that it gives me more energy than just pure water while keeping the calories somewhat in check.

first week results - 14 lbs lost.

hope that continues. no exercise at all, just dont have the energy, feel like a train hit me, worst feeling of my life. my vision is beginning to get blurry, i think from lack of calories being consumed. can only do this 3 more weeks, hopefully i lose 30 more lbs. losing 40+ lbs in a month is incredibly good, especially with no exercise at all. thanks dudes
