Generic version of the number one rated I picked up at Walmart. Got for $20. 7 week supply, one capsule per day....10 BILLION Active Cultures. Day 2 so far so good. I was taking 6 to 10 of these tabs per day and the Active Cultures is unknow.

They're meh. I've had the buttermilk, cinnamon and oats, and peanut butter. The best protein pancakes are Krusteaz imo.

I used a pair of Inov-8 Bare. They work great for deads (still use em) and okay for squats. They would be your best choice. Imo
