Warm them up better before squats. There are some hip swings i always do. Get that blood flowing. Hip thrusts work well too. The unweighted variety

I do some swings and I have a Hip circle to do monster walks around the gym. I'll throw in some thrusts, even though it's fucking gay looking.

One of these days I'm gonna go down south and train with you...I'll bring the Chocolate Kashi and we can hip thrust in the hip circle with our new shoes. LMFAO

Come on down brother. You'd be welcomed with open arms. I have the hip Circle and do gay ass hip thrusters as well.

First impression of both shoes. I just put them on. I like the snug fit without having to really tighten down on them. They both feel more stable than the Romaleos 3.

The Romaleos 3 IMO are a dowgrade from the Romaleos 2.

I squat tomorrow. I'm going to start off in the Powerlifting 3.1. if my hips are tight all switch out to the Adipowers. They are both sexy ASF. All black Adipowers are nice though.

I almost forgot to mention. I got some Mark Bell Strong Elbow Sleeves. Hit the gym this morning and did Skull crushers with curls superset.

Iike them better than the SBD elbow sleeves.

Nothing sexual bout that. Nothing at all! Itll be amazing:cool:

This shit is awesome. The gym has a shit ton of this. I use this before we start warmups. It starts warming up as your body does.

I got some from Goggins and use it at night after I shower. Then go stretch. I wake up not feeling tight. Don't put to much on if you intend to use it at night. It's damn near odorless. My wife doesn't smell it.

Blue Heat

Screaming toast only comes in a 5 oz bottle but this stuff is strong and damn near odorless. Put it on and what ever area you rub it into that is covered with clothing, tights, sleeves will be nice and loose. Takes away any small nagging issues you may have same with the blue stuff. The blue stuff.

I have about 4 bottles of each of the above

Jacks Hot Pink

We have this at the gym as well. Works good. I'd use the first two before this one.

This one is pretty strong. And you feel this one pretty fast.

This one is more like apply it and then go foam roll the area, or lacrosse ball the area or even better body tempering.

@Seven Dog got use my Adipowers 3.1 on Saturday. I love them. Snug fit much more stable than I expected. The only is my hips are fucking tight and need to find my groove again.

I'll continue to use them and do mobility work on my hips. But I believe I'll eventually have to switch to the Adipowers. We will see.

This my opinion and review if both the Adidas Powerlift 3.1 and Adidas Adipowers.

Right out the box snug fit. I like snug fit. Feels like the shoe is and extension of my foot but better.

Comparing the the Adipowers to the Romaleos. For me my foot isn't ultra wide. But wide enough to get a snug fit with both lifters from Adidas. Both lifters from Adidas in my opionon fell more stable than the Nike Romaleos 3 and 2. The sole of the Adidas lifters feels tacky and more Stability.

I believe Nike tried to replicate a lighter stable lifter like the Adipowers or Powerlift 3.1 and left something out. Leaving me the consumer looking for more in the Stability department.

To be honest I've been disappointed with the Nike Romaleos 3. If you have the Romaleos 2. Don't upgrade.

@Seven Dog I squatted in the Adipowers today. Definitely much more stable than the Nike Romaleos 3. I won't compare them to the Adidas Powerlift 3.1 based off of heel height and the heels of the shoes are made of different material.

Overall I love both shoes. Can't go wrong with either. I'd stay away from the Romaleos 3. They tried to go with just one metatarsal strap and a lighter more pliable show. Making them not has solid as the Romaleos 2 or the Adipowers.

It was great for about 3 months, I've still got it, but I've just bought a replacement as it's lost some potency after a couple of dozen uses...

Could I get some of your guys opinions on which shoe you would choose for lifting. Primarily squatting and deadlifting. This is if you could only choose one shoe. as one pair is all I'm going to be able to afford right now

I used a pair of Inov-8 Bare. They work great for deads (still use em) and okay for squats. They would be your best choice. Imo

A boxing or wrestling shoe. For me personally, chucks are too tight in the forefoot. Not allowing me to spread my toes/feet for the biggest base possible.

I bought these a few months ago and love them
