Sodium restriction is not a panacea but one I'm willing to try. However what is clear, is to varying degrees and in a idiosyncratic fashion, because of the infuence of the "salt" whoremoan (a MW Freudian slip) aldosterone the kidneys will resorb sodium once a dietary restriction is applied. What extravascular level is required for active Na resorption to occur varies considerably from one person to the next.
Which is probably why some achieve benefits while others NOT!
 
no i was not jokeing my diet has never been great due to working 2jobs for the most part i eat pretty good but im not trying to get on stage or be super swole or cut. Im 6"4 245lb lift 5 days aweek been lift ing since high school on and off got serious again in my late 30"s

i have a very high metabolism so burning fat is very easy for me im very active i can im one of those guys that could eat anything and burn it fast.
 
In my opinion that is too much gear for your height/weight/goals. But I guess you have to since your diet isn't the best. When I work 14 hour days I make sure I always have some gainer/protein in my car as well as sandwiches or other food to hold me over. Where there is a will there is a way. I just think you are overloading on the gear to compensate for a bad diet. Everybody has their preferences, ours differ but hey if it works for you and you believe its the best route more power 2 u.

Are you trying to be a professional wrestler or what? With your stats and age you obviously don't want to compete. So why so much AAS? Maybe you should reconsider and change up your diet. You most likely would get better results with less sides if you corrected your diet and lowered your AAS intake.

ha ha thats funny sworder because at the hospital my coworkers and supervisors always laugh at me when i pull sandwiches out my pockets and why i carry a gallon of water all the time i do the same thing as you food in the car protien in the car i do it all but you do get burnt out after about 2months eating the same thing daily i kick start the cycle with the test prop and dbol 4/6 taper off the test e the last few weeks drop the deca week 12. I also think you and MANDS is right on overloading on this cycle it might be because i work at kaiser 5 days and the warehouse job 7days aweek. so thats what i meant when i said i burn caloris fast and easy more is always not better my goal was to hit 405lb 5time without a spot i only could hit it 1 time:( thanks guys for all your help im always open to learn more i do have anavar milk winney ostaine ghrp 6 cjc 1295 alot of crap thats just sitting around collecting looking pretty
