1 month body fat cut

I am sorry if this post is on the wrong thread!
I am wanting to cut body fat for the month of May and maybe longer. I have somewhat let myself go and need any help (advice) you folks have to offer. I am 6'1" 253 lbs this morning. Now sure on body fat but I did do measurements on chest, arms, legs, stomach. I figure I'm about 20-24% body fat. Today I started using my fit pal and it seems really easy to use and I will be tracking all my macros. I workout 4-5 days a week but never do cardio. I know that would help but I have been bulking way to long ha ha.
I started 200 mg of TRT a few weeks ago and have gained 8 lbs or so.
I am thinking of doing a low carb diet for 10 days with 50 carb max, 250-300 g of protein and wherever the fat is when I reach those two totals. I know this isn't a long term diet that I would want but if I can drop 6-8% body fat then I can change or adjust it. Is the low carb diet a bad idea or will it be best for quick body fat loss? Any suggestions I would greatly appreciate. Thanks and I have loved getting to know some of you through some of the discussion boards.

Keto diet and running 6-12 miles a day works good for me, hard for others to maintain tho. 1 month body fat loss is a good start but the results you are probably looking for is going to take a lot longer, try finding a diet and plan that you can make a lifestyle and do longer than a month. Reducing/dropping carbs do work but it's hard for a lot of people. There are other diets that work

Hate to be that guy but no way your going to drop 6-8%bf in one month. Especially since you said you don't do cardio. I think you've been reading to much in the persona that the media tells about aas. It's not some miracle drug that will transform you over night. Your going to have to work your ass off and get your diet on point and even then your goal isn't realistic in 30 days. Don't let that discourage you though. Got to start somewhere. Now get after it and I want to see transformation pics in the transformation thread in a few months.

Hate to be the guy that agrees with the guy who thinks there is no way you can get to 6-8% body fat in a month ( @OdieM ) , but I am. Don't be discouraged OP, just adjust your timeline, easy fix.
IMO, getting below legitimate 10% is a lot more challenging than people are lead to believe.

Odie- thanks for your feedback. I agree with you. I'm a bit optimistic but I need some numbers to start with for my diet? I work hard lifting and we do high intensity workouts that keep my heart rate up. I benched 385 last week and have been working to get 400. Not for competing but more for my own ego. I'm ready to cut now and have never cut in my life (former college football player). Always tried to gain and ate anything and everything to fuel my body.
If you can give me any numbers to start with such as how many carbs, proteins, fats a day along with calories i would appreciate it. As far as transformation pics go I am all in with this and have always worked hard when I set my mind to something. Today I ate 275 g of protein and 125 carbs. Kinda fun switching things up. Usually eat about 3 or 4 times that a day in carbs.

Genghis- I surely didn't mean to get to 6-8 percent body fat in a month but want to drop 6-8 percent of body fat. As I told Odie that is probably a little optimistic but as of now I am in the 20's and want to get to the mid teens. Like anyone else the quicker the better but I do feel like I can do it if I have the right nutrition plan. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'm bad about the cardio myself, but you need to make part of your routine. I get bored with cardio in the gym. I'd rather run. I have my running shoes out since its warming up.

I'm starting in the morning.

Some long posts on here, didn't bother to read yours or any other and I aologize. But work on your fucking legs man. Your unproportional like a motherfucker.

Work on those legs man and your core too. That's your ticket. Do you even squat? Sorry but your legs man. Your legs are lacking.

@Prospect, dial the diet in. For me this was getting a grasp on the healthy fats. Protein intake could become a chore. Fasted cardio and be prepared to be hungry a lot.
Thermogenics: Albuterol over Clen, but Clen is noticeably stronger. ECA stack (google if you need to)
IMO, if you are committed, it's possible to drop from the lower 20s to 15% fairly quickly.

Thanks for the reply guys. I posted my food intake today. Shooting for 300 g of protein and 50 g of carbs. I am not a nutritionist so I looked up a few ideas on line and this seemed as good as anything.

Ozzy- I will take your advice on the legs. A problem area amongst other things. Legs are always the muscle group that is left out on busy weeks. Believe it or not in college I squatted in the upper 500's but now days 315 feels like death. I am working on it though.

Odie- transformation pics for sure. I appreciate you taking the time to give me constructive criticism. Although I have a ways to go I feel like a have a decent base and I'm hoping cutting will be as easy as it was to bulk up.

Good luck with your cardio. I will get going on it soon but I'm going to focus on diet along with high intensity weights for now.

I will look into the advice you gave and get back with you if I have questions! Thanks a bunch!

Sorry for being a dick. 315 is still good. Just get you base a little more solid and it will come together. Obviously cardio and diet but you have a good frame to build on. Build up those legs and it will fall in place brother. Looking forward to some progress pics.
